Dear Zoho, I am unable to change Mail account settings (incoming/outgoing mail) between enable(Green) and unabled(Gray) It only said that the operation permitted by paid user only I know I use free account because I have less than 15 accounts in use right now. Hi Zoho, I need check for special characters in one of my string (text) fields in a form. How can I do this, except for a veryyyyy long "If" command listing all the possible characters? Hi Zoho Community, I am working on a purchase request form. Through this form all company departments make requests of the products they need to the purchase department. Currently the report shows a row per product, in each row there is a quantity field. I am trying to somehow fetch client name based on customer portal ID. So....... Multiple issues with search, filter and white list

Using the browser email client and typing search terms into the search field for a specific email I was trying to find, the email is not showing up in the search results. View associated job candidates in Candidate window
Hi, In the old version of Zoho it was possible to view candidates associated with a particular job in the Candidates window, as well as in the Jobs window. This was very useful because you could view these candidates in a summary (custom) view, structured how you want. There seems no way to do this now - or have I missed something? Thanks, Rob

Show candidate-job association status on job order record
As you can see in the picture, when looking at a job order record, the candidate status shown is that candidates current status, not the status as it pertains to that particular job order. I think it would be helpful to see status associated between the candidate & that particular job order. Thanks for considering!

Calls notifications not appearing
Just recently integrated elastix pbx to our Zoho CRM account and last week we were getting calls notifications. Calls pop up appears at the lower right side of the screen. But now there are no notifications at all. We don't know how to resolve this and we cannot find any documentation for this matter in the internet. Please help us resolve this.
Candidate Sorting Issue
Hello, Have noticed that when sorting the Candidate ID by ascending, it groups 8 with 80 and 800. Surely 008 should not even be on the same page as 800. So the candidate ID number needs to be treated as having zeros in the front before sorting. I want candidate 799 to be one record away from candidate 800. Thank you.

URL with Candidate ID?
I am trying to put a URL into an e-mail that links back to the candidate. Unfortunately the merge-field only allows to work with the Candidate Id, and the record ID is unavailable as a field. The URL however needs a record ID for the candidate. https://recruit.zoho.com/recruit/EntityInfo.do?module=Candidates&id=$(Candidate.CandidateID) does not link to the right information. Mail doesn't deliver to some business domains

We are currently implementing Zoho Support and are seeking to disable the 'reply, 'reply/all', 'forward' buttons from certain profiles. Setting up Mail on Outlook on a mobile Device - Zoho Mail Exchange Account
So, I've been trying for 2 months to set up my zoho mail through Outlook on my android mobile. I follow these instructions, and it does not work.
