Strange Cut And Paste Bug

I couldn't change my organization name in Zoho Forms. It's named info136. Is it intended so? Whereas it's fine when I'm using Zoho Subscription.
Push Member Status (Campaign to CRM)
Hello, I would like to enable the "Push Member Status as Fields in Zoho CRM". I have created a custom text field called "Email Campaign Info" in the Description section of a Leads' detail page. However, when I go to select the field to enable the "Push Member Status...", the new custom field does not show up in the drop down box. Only the default "Description" shows up - which I do not want to use as I do not want the data in that field to be overwritten. What did I do wrong?

When you schedule an interview on the calendar - and select the interviewer and candidate...hitting save, it appears to be posted on your calendar. But is it actually sending out invitations to those parties...or do you need to go in and manually add those and other people you want invited - then send out an invitation as a separate step?
Email storage reached 1GB limit, how can I delete them

Dear Support Team, today we wanted to send a press announcement via email to about few hundreds (at least 300) recipients at blind copy. Unfortunately we received from the mail server following error message 'Unable to send message;Reason:550 5.4.6 Mail rate exceeded limit'. So we reduced the amount of recipients consistently until we reached the number of 3 recipients, we were surprised that even at this low number your server remained to return the error message. May you can help us regarding this

Hi! I uploaded one of my file in zoho docs. Now whenever i open it i cannot edit it and the first tab of the sheet isnt opening while I cannot edit the other sheets in my file the error i get is "your last edit is not applied. Not receiving Mails
For some reason i can't receive all the emails that was sent to me. i can receive some of the emails but not all. Many people said they have sent me emails but i cant see any. Regards.
Incoming Mail Disabled & No Groups
I tried to post this topic earlier & it said I did, but I could not find it listed anywhere. I accidentally disabled a user account but I re-enabled it. However, they do not receive incoming emails now & are not a member of the 2 groups we have set up which they were previously members of. 553 Relaying disallowed
I was trying to setup an account on outlook, the pop3 connection was OK, but the stmp failed and shows a "553 Relaying disallowed". What this mean? How can I solve it? Already have about 5 acoounts within this domain setup without problems, but the outgoing server name used is smtp.zoho.com / SSL / port 465, and the emai is "mramirez on seiconsultores dot cl" thanks!

Change name as it appears?
Hi. I just signed up for Zoho mail so I'm brand new to it. I sent a test message to see how it appeared and when it showed up in my inbox the name as it appeared in the inbox was the alias for my old email address. That's not what I want, I want it to show my name and not my old email alias I'm trying to get rid of it. I tried going into my account and changed the name and nickname, but when I sent another email I had the same result. How do I change this? Thanks.

Hi. I just signed up for email so I'm new to Zoho. When I send a message, the name that shows up in the recipient's inbox is the email alias that I used from my old email to sign up for this. I'm trying to move away from that ID, I want it to show my name when people receive an email from me. I've gone into my account and changed my name and nickname to my name, but when I send an email message my old email ID still shows up in the recipient's inbox. How do I change this??

Outgoing email - URGENT
Our company have a paid account and we are experiencing several problems with our email accounts, and at this point we have several accounts blocked. The problem was reported last day 2 of June 2016 but the accounts still blocked even after several emails change and phone calls. The last email from zoho was sent from 2016-06-06 but the outgoing server still blocked. This is unacceptable, both the blocked service and the lack of news from zoho mail. Since we have a paid account we excepted better

Mail sending blocked without a reason.
We have an account being blocked recently. When I try to send a mail the following message appears: "Unable to connect SMTP server:smtpout.mail.zoho.com Reason:Authentication failed:554 5.1.8 Sender Address Blocked" In my control panel / Troublesoot / blocked accounts there's no description telling why this account is blocked. When I try to unblock the account I get the message "Operation not permitted" The account is a jira notifications account that has been running for years with the same usage

Hi! I am trying to use a spreadsheet to keep track of a sequence of tasks which must be completed for each customer. Potential Stages and Probability Percentage
I have created custom stages with default probability percentages. Every time I change a potential stage it shows that the default probability percentage, but when I save it the percentage automatically changes to 0!!!! Help!

Lost ability To connect to Zoho Invoice!
From the old zoho version: I'm pressing on the little Invoice icon and I'm getting a blank screen. From new zoho version: The little 'invoice' icon is not even available. I can log in to my mail and everything in Mail is working perfectly except for switching to zoho invoice. To acces my invoices I need to login to zoho Invoice otherwise Invoice is not available through the shortcut. Any Help?
Return Receipt in email
Hi Zoho, I think we all need a return receipt option for invoicing and estimates it would be nice to know if and when my customers received the estimates / invoices the idea is make them force to confirm the email so we know to 100% the invoice has been received Hope this is not so difficult to add (I'm sure it is that's why it is not added yet ) other then that you guys are awesome and I love ZOHO Thanks Mario
