Primary ID address for accounts - user ID already exists
I want to change the primary master email in accounts/profile settings but when I type new email with the different domain name I see the info - user ID already exists. What does it mean?

Order of Tax items in invoice
Hi, Have successfully added KK Cess. Now another issue. In the Edit invoice screen the order of the Tax items appears correctly ie. Service Tax SB Cess KK Cess However in the View mode and the Pdf the order is interchanged. Please help thanks, anu

Não cosigo colocar horário em meus eventos
Olá, Como me foi solicitado envio print para facilitar e melhorar o entendimento de meu problema. No item de número 1 destacado na imagem é que não estou conseguindo inserir o horário do evento, este evento têm seu inicio ás 18:00, coloco 18:00 só que no momento de salvar ou preencher o detalhe do evento este horário retorna para 06:00. Ou seja, o horário que sempre é inserido ele não aceita. Poderia neste caso ter a opção de colocarmos o horário somente na descrição / detalhe do evento destacado
How to report on Events / Activities
We have sales execs entering client visits (on-site) in Zoho CRM as an Event. After the visit, sales execs record Notes against the Event, but we cannot get a report which shows the Event Date/Time, Client, ClientContact and any Notes related to that visit. Custom Notes reports allow us to pull out all notes but we cannot have Event detail included in the report. Custom Event reports allow us to report on date/time, client and contact, but we cannot show Notes from the visit. Any ideas?

CANNOT FIND ADMIN CPANEL & USER WHO IS ADMIN
hi I created 1 organization & linked it to my " domain.com " .then I created three users to access mails@domain.com.but 1 user became admin & my default user through which I created account was not admin now. when I login to use control panel it said " You dont have privileges to access the cpanel ". and said that another user was now admin. but when I am trying to login with that user It is giveing same error that I am not amin ? plz see the matter

Hi, I have a candidate sign-up web form published on my agency site and I want to replace it with a careers page that lists jobs and has a tab for sign-up. How can I do this? The sign-up web form is currently embedded to my site. I have already created the careers page in Zoho, but don't know how to make it live. We created campanies but our clients dont received letters. Still receive email although I have deleted origination and closed account.
I have delete a origination at mail.zoho.com and close account at account.zoho.com with same email:nguyenquynhan18@gmail.com. But I still receive email daily from noreply@site24x7.com with title "Persistent Alert : askfoody_test is Down ... ";. askfoody_test is a monitor I have created previous time. As per our knowledge, our mail communication with microsoft.com/Office365.com Cloud Exchange Services always be online and have no chance of disconnection or host not reachable in any manner. New Business Enquiry report showing duplicated entries
Hi, I've created a new business enquiry report to show the leads and prospects created for the past month. Whilst most appear successfully on the report, some are showing in duplicate or triplicate. (Jon Druitt attached) I have re-created the report from scratch selecting the report to create based on New Business Enquiry Created Time, but still get these duplicates which distort the data.
