Actually I have a free plan with 2000 contacts, so if I pay for 500 contacts $ 5 USD / month my account can manage 2500 contacts or only 500 contacts (losing the 2000 free contacts)?

Logging in as Super Admin to Use Control Panel
I've been trying to login as a Super User for about 5 days now, and every answer I find is a different solution that doesn't work. And to top it all off, when I login to the app, it says that I'm a super admin when on the desktop it says that I'm just a user even though I'm using the same login info. I'm getting extremely frustrated with zoho because they brag about how easy it is to navigate the site, which I have come to find out is a bold faced lie. why does zoho check contact email as it is loading up
Hello, I'm knew to ZOHO. I have a personal account and so does my husband. We were looking for an alternative to gmail...something a little easier to use along the lines of Thunderbird. When we signed up, we were asked for a "contact email". We gave our gmail account and got our confirmation email there. But we were going to close those accounts. However, every time our Zoho mail loads up, it seems to be searching our old gmail account. What happens when we close those accounts. Is there any way
Previous Survey Missing
I had a survey which I previously sent out, but seem to be missing. When I go to the Zoho Survey, it asks me to create my first Survey, which I already did. I closed the survey, but I would like view the results of that survey. Any help will be appreciated.
Look up fields
We use look up fields to multi-select Rooms from a Locations table and are filtered based upon a Site look up field in the same form. This works fine on first edit of the form but when we go back in to the form, we have to delete the Site value and re-select the Site (which deletes the Room data). What are we missing?
Unable to receive email from a particular mail server
Hello, I'm unable to receive any mails from a particular mail server at GoDaddy. (mail.mojolaitsolutions.com) I have contacted GoDaddy customer support and they have confirmed that there is no issue from their end. The email does not bounce back. I am able to receive mails from Gmail. I am also able to send mails to that particular mail server. Till last evening, there was no problem. I have not changed the MX records in between. Excel Export and Hyperlinks
Hi, I have a summary view of my data in a table and I am attempting to download this information but when I download the file the hyperlinks still exist as Text so you are not able to easily click on it in excel. I have tried XLS and XLSX formats but both produce the same result. Is there any resolution to this issue so you dont have to copy and paste the data into a browser to bring up the link.. Thanks,
Form generating out of order?
Hi All, So I've got a form that, even though it is lined up how it needs to be while editing it in the form builder, it tends to be vastly mixed up once I actually go to view the application. It's done this a few times now, and I've tried cutting down on the amount of fields as well as moving the order around. It's also randomly shifting around the fields occasionally in the field builder. Any idea how to get around this/ what could be causing it?

ZOHO Integration with VCS Payment Method
Please can you integrate Virtual Card Services - www.vcs.co.za with Zoho Books as our clients using the portal are unable to pay us with credit cards and we cant use the pay this invoice online now with the online payment options. We cant use Braintree 2Checkout and Paypal Doesnt support ZAR. The other processors that support ZAR convert the funds to USD then back to ZAR when they pay us then we loose alot with the Forex conversion.

We want two instances of CRM for two different small companies we operate. In each company there are different staff but the same 2 managers using the same email address. How do we setup two instances where the same user with same email address can use both instances. We dont want staff to see the other instance but we want the managers to use both.

Step by Step Lead Updates
Is there a way to find our how many times a lead was contacted within a certain time frame? Typically the team will get a lead, it will show in "CREATED TIME", then if they change one of the fields, the "MODIFIED TIME" changes. Then, if they do something else (Call for instance) and only leave notes...nothing shows up so on MODIFIED TIME. Is there a way to find out how many times a lead was contacted other than Created, Modified and Last Activity Times?

I exported a single row from zoho and tried to import that event and the same error occured. Hi, I have transferred my domain to a new registrar (Godaddy). I have added MX records to my domain with the new registrar. I tried to verify my domain but I can't verify it because it was verified before when the domain was with old registrar. Now I can't receive any emails. Please help me how to resolve this issue. Unable to receive tickets by email or on customer portal
I created a new support instance yesterday. I have been able to process inbound tickets from the web form and to be able to create a ticket from within the dashboard. I have forwarded my company email to the Zoho support email that is assigned within Zoho support email from my instance. I cannot however not receive any inbound ticket from any email I send to. Hi, I'm create Profile "Sales" and set "Private" in Data Sharing Settings. We have 4 user in "Sales" and it's working and User (Sales) can't share data (another owner). But today, User can see all data of another owner. They can see all and can edit Data Sharing Settings (same Administrator). This is Big Problem.
