How to pass ID in a Webhook URL from Zoho CRM?
Hi, I want to know exactly how to pass ID of a record into Webhook from Zoho CRM, and I see that there are two options to pass parameters, 1- Append Entity Parameters 2- Append Custom Parameters. I want to know, what is difference between these both. And I also want to know, Can we use LocalHost in Webhook URL instead of live server? Please guide me. Any help will be appreciated.
If I Delete a Template will it effect existing projects?
I get a Big "Warning...cannot be recovered." when I start to delete an existing Task list Template. Will this effect any existing projects in any way? Will this effect a task list template that was made as a modification of the template I'm going to delete?

Record Summary Template Format
Hi, I'm looking for some help in formatting a Record summary template to look similarity to the example on the following link. I would like to produce a simple invoice with two items based on a small data set. I'm not able to get the correct marine size and table to line up correctly. Custom Filter Ignored In Report
I have a simple report that I'm trying to get to report (and summarize) only records where a number field <> 0 by creating a "Custom Filter". It seems from all the different things I've tried, ZoHo report generator wants to ignore the Custom Filter. It does also utilize an "Auto Filter" to select a month/yr at run time, and this aspect works, but it's still listing records that should not be included according to the Custom Filter that is saved with the report. I feel I must be missing something

I have noticed that Resume inbox is only allowing a small amount of resumes to parse. Why is this the case and is there a way to fix this? I have resumes parsing to Zoho and then they just stop all of a sudden and I'm left adding them manually.

Importing Predefined Choices for Radio Buttons
Hello In the form builder for loading multiple Radio Buttons, you have provided - Import Predefined Choices as an option But I am disappointed it is limited to inbuilt list within your software and does not appear to have the ability to import our own custom list say from a csv file that I was hoping for Is there a possibility to extend this feature to my expectation or am I missing something here? Activating second account
Hello I have set up a second address for my personal account. I have found the verification "rubber stamp" icon but cannot see any verification email despite asking for one to be sent on a few occasions. Also, test emails I have sent to the new address are being bounced. The status of the second address says "Enabled" in the Mail Accounts page of my settings. Something is amiss, help please.... Unattended Access
We downloaded the FREE version of Assist to determine if this is a better solution then we currently use. We added one computer under remote access - when I select Add Computer under Unattended Computers it downloads file. Saying Unattended Access has been configured but does not show option or Prompt for information for the remote computer I am trying to add. Is this because it is the Free version and I am not seeing or able to add computers or am I missing another menu somewhere?

I understand it is not possible to link contacts, but I should be able to see emails sent and received. Therefore I would need an individual link that with direct connection to the database record. This feature is very powerful, because you can use it to enhance dataquality and even gather more data with surveys or subscribtionforms. Does ZOHO provide that opportunity? Is there a workaround?
