How to unpublish a site from a user I have already deleted
I own caniruth.in Previously I created a site and I published it, however I then deleted the user without unpublishing the site. I tried many things which included deleting my entire zoho account hoping the site would be deleted. However I have now rejoined zoho and the site is still there. I need to delete the old site and publish my current site as the main site. Can anyone please help me? Thanks!

marking fields in a form
Hi Zoho, I have a form that two users need to fill together. Each user has his own fields, but can fill in the other user's fields too. I give both users the link to the form - but I need to mark the fields in some way, so each user will know what fields are on his responsibility (to be filled or to be checked, if the other user filled them). Hi, I'mm trying to get a lookup field to populate a field from another form but I can't seen to get it to work... even after looking at your examples. This is the Members form and the field I need on the other form is Starting Weight (st & lbs). This is the Class Register form and I need the field Starting Weight (st & lbs) automatically populated when I select a member from the Members form using a lookup field. Copy real image from image link
I have images stored in another application and use the link in an image field. Is there a way to use the link to copy the actual image and store it someplace in creator? The client would feel safer if the image is stored in two places.

Using filter in sub forms
We've extensively used a filter in the main form but when using the same filter in the sub form Creator states variable not defined. The filter we use is Site.ID equals "input.intake_form_2_question_01" which is a field in the main form.
CRM Export/Report
Hello there! I stumbled upon a little problem while trying to create some sort of report in Zoho CRM. I just wanted to create a csv-like file with specific fields. First I tried to accomplish the export with the help of the export functionality under setup/Data Administration but that allows only the export of single modules where I would have to combine them myself. The tab "Report" is usually enough but in this case it allows only 3 additional modules to create a report which is not quite enough.

Has any one developed or used Zoho to support an accountant in public practice? Typically accountants have the same clients and do the same service(s) for each client every year (or quarter etc) The key question is can one assign a project to a customer? Certain emails will appear (direct from certain other email addresses) but she has a contact form that upon submitting, it does not appear in any of her mailboxes. Hello, We are an organization using the Free plan as of now. Currently we are 3 users and we need to send emails to multiple media persons on a very frequent and regular basis. I want to know what is the limit on number of emails and on number of recipients per user that we can send each day. Also can one user send more if the other user is not using his/her full quota in a single day. Can I simply block emails that fail SPF authentication instead of them going to the spam folder?
I implemented SPF authentication a couple of months ago, and it's working well.. I see emails on a daily basis in my spam folder that claim to come from my own or other email addresses in my domain. The headers show a "SoftFail" for failing the SPF checks (ie, they did not originate from my registered servers). All of these emails contain virus or malware attachments. I was hoping there was a way to simply reject them outright instead of accepting them but putting them into my Spam folder for me
Desktop sync does not appear to be true sync ?
Installed desktop zoho writer for linux, chose a Zoho folder in my Dropbox folder. Made sure files in online zoho writer were synced. The thing is, I look in my local PC zoho folder and I see the files but they are all just 160 bytes and seem to be nothing more than url links to the online Zoho writer docs. Is this normal? If so it is not really a true sync backup.

Hello, I created a user under my account Verydrone in zoho and ssociated the wrong mail account w/ the user. So, I deleted the user thinking it would free up the previously created mail account and then tried to create the mail account with correct user, but Zoho now tells me the email already exists. The email I created was info@verydrone.com How can this be corrected ? I have this same issue with contact@verydrone.com that I can't use.
