We downloaded the FREE version of Assist to determine if this is a better solution then we currently use.
We added one computer under remote access - when I select Add Computer under Unattended Computers it downloads file.
Saying Unattended Access has been configured but does not show option or Prompt for information for the remote computer I am trying to add.
Is this because it is the Free version and I am not seeing or able to add computers or am I missing another menu somewhere?
