No Incoming Mail?
Hello, Recently I signed up for zoho mail so to host my business e-mail address. I have verything set-up correct and the mx records look correct how-ever I don't receive incoming e-mails. When testing I always received errors saying "Delivery Status Notification (Delay)". I can send outgoing messages without a problem - it's just that I can't receive incoming e-mails. Can anyone suggest anything to fix this problem? I've set my account "info@domain.com" as being able to send and receive e-mails

How to view timesheets by project
I want to view all of my user's total hours worked within a project. Can I do this? I know I can view them individually by project, but is there a way to see the total hours collectively billed? Thanks!
Automatically changing Field Name
When I'm on the layout page of the module Accounts. There is a field 'Bedrijf Nummer' (I've translated the CRM to Dutch). When I actually go to the page where I can add a new Account, the fieldname is changed to 'Bedrijf Aantal'. This is very (very!) confusing. Why is this?

Dear Guru, 1. Problem 1:I'm using POP3 for Zoho Mail to download email to MS Outlook. In MS Outlook setting: I choose "Leave a copy of messages on the server", "Remove from server after 3 days". But when I go to web mail, I see that old emails were not deleted. So my mail storage is large, it's not automatic deleted as requirement. 2. Problem 2: After I read email in MS Outlook --> Mail server does not update status (unread -> read). Thanks.
can't sync Zoho with Iphone
I have been trying to add zoho to my iphone so all emails come direct. but I keep getting an error that says password incorrect but I know it is right because I can log in everywhere else. please help?
Custom logo dimensions
What are the dimensions for the custom logo in Zoho Mail? Here: https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/adminconsole/custom-url.html It says 40px (h) by 50px (w) - super small In the control panel it is 150px (w) by 40px (h) - blurry Searching the forums I found 188px (w) by 80px (h) - text becomes quite small. Seriously what are the proper dimensions and why am I finding so many different conflicting answers? Any help appreciated!

Lost Super Admin
My main account (andy@masseyfam.com) has lost admin rights. It had super admin rights yesterday. It's preventing me from adding additional email accounts. Please help.

Is Zoho Server Hacked Again
Hi From last couple of days i have noticed a spike in DMARC Reports coming from Russian Mail Service Provider qq.com. The reports are indicating failure for some in DKIM or Temp Error for SPF BUT all have been sent from server163-mail.zoho.com. I figures out how to get the applicants from LinkedIn Recruiter into Zoho. It’s a bit cumbersome, but it works without typing too much. Calculate Two Date Fields And Then Workflow
Hello i have a difficult time to understand how to create a certain workflow. I use quotes module as Prescription. I have created two date fields. First Valid From(Prescription) Second Valid Until(Prescription) So if i choose From 12/5/2016 Until 12/7/2016 This is means that the perscriptions is valid for 2 Months. Now i want to create a workflow that it will be triggered from this calculation. 2 Months 3 months 4 Months etc And a task or event or alert to be created 10 days before prescription expired.
Getting rid of a chat person from the Smart Chat Bar in Zoho Mail
In our group of 5 collaborators we have ONE individual whose chat status shows up at the far right of the Smart Chat tool bar in Zoho Mail. You can see in the attachment "Catherine" with the green available status. How do we get rid of that? Hi, I missed few important mail like a job offer letter. then I tested with two different Gmail accounts. I have sent 6 emails out of that I received only 3 emails and didn't receive delivery fail error also from Gmail. Unable to Process Your Request when submitting a ticket
Several of my users have reporting getting an error message when submitting a ticket in the customer portal. This happens on Google Chrome, not sure of other browsers. If the browser is then closed and reopened, it works fine.
Wrong Date Language in Reports
Hi Zoho community, I created several apps and all of them have their language set to spanish. When I fill up the forms and I choose the date, the date is in spanish, but, in the reports the date format is in english. This is a problem because I have to generate different kinds of documents with the date on them and some of them are formal documents, and that doesn,t look good in a spanish speaking country : ( How can I fix this? is it possible ? any help or advice will be very appreciated

I tried to find the article but I cant see it anywhere. My case is like this for example: Form A [Product] which will have name of product and its cost. From B [Order] which will lookup the product name from form A and fetch the cost of that product from form A too. For adding record in form B, everything is fine.
