iPad apps?
Hi Zoho is there any reason why you produce iOS apps mainly for iPhone and not support iPads? Apps I would like iPad support - mail, mail admin, sales iq, campaigns, projects, people, social.
Push notifications every minute
I had a problem start today where I was getting push notifications on my iPhone for a customer who had not sent a message, except for 2 earlier in the day. I emailed him directly from another address and he verified that he had not sent additional messages. I checked the site, no messages. App showed no new alerts, neither did site. push notices were happening every 20 minutes or so. I reset the app and now I am getting them every minute. One push every minute, maybe ever two.
search criteria
is it possible to configure research criteria tools for leads, contact and account ? for example i would like to make a search with 'industry' criteria
Cant download email on zohomail android app until download on webmail first
I have tried everything including switching from pop to imap. Forced stopped app, restarted, re login etc. My zohomail web client is not always online and I cant download email onto zohomail andriod app until i first download on web zoho client first. Let me know if anyone has encountered this and fix.
Gantt Chart formatting
Hi - I am creating a Gantt Chart in Milestone View, how can I get the tasks to appear in chronological order - from the top left side to the right? Currently, they are appearing from the bottom left to the upper right. This is not the way most Gantt charts are formatted. Thanks!
Where are the filters for yesterday, this week or last 7 days?
In the Projects Tasks Filter I can filter for today, tomorrow, next 7 days and last week. But how can I filter last 7 days or this week or yesterday? If I choose last week it filters the week one week ago, not the current week. So if I filter on Friday the tasks for last week, I see the tasks from Monday till Sunday the week before, but no option to see the tasks for Monday till Friday this week. In my opinion a bit strange, but I asked support and the only answer I got back: "no it's not possible,
Can shared contacts autofill in the to: field and/or be simply added to ALL CONTACTS?
At the moment, shared contacts seem pretty useless, as they don't autofill when I go to compose and email and I can't even manually send them over to my own personal contacts. Am I missing something?

Hi there, I represent a wedding services portal in India called www.weddingokay.com. We have a number of vendors who pay us on a monthly recurring basis. We would like to collect the payments via credit cards going forward. Can this be done using your service? Please note the following: 1. Our business is based in India and all our vendors too. 2. How can I set up Reservation chart (inventory) for rooms in a small inn
Is this something done in a calendar? or an excel file? Or, is each night, in each room, it's own "product"? By that I mean a week's stay in one room would show the client purchasing 7 products (nights)? Just not sure best way to track inventory. It's best if its visual, similar to a calendar. Is an excel file the answer? Has anyone done something like this?

Users can't' verify their accounts
I'm using CRM and Tasks/Projects. When I add a new user, the person gets a link, but when they follow the link they are asked to create a new account and a trial of the Zoho software. I need them to be able to log in and activate their accounts. Does anyone know what the problem is?
All subfolders missing !!!

I am not recieving email messages. I noticed this a couple days ago and later that nigjt I all of a sudden had 15 messages delivered at once. I have sent myself a message but have not recieved it. Are there any issues with the server?

Better use of backward and filters in the list of campaigns.
Anytime I work on a campaign, if I go "backward", I return to the whole list of all campaigns ; it would be useful to return to the previous screen and stay in the campaign I am working on. Second thing : when we have a liste of campaigns, we can't make filters by the name of the campaign, or the name of the person in the organization that created the campaign or else. Last thing : when we ask for having 100 campaigns par page (instead of 20), the setting doesn't remain ; it always return to 20.
Our vietnam team have really slow access
Hi, we tried to use ZOHO Mail and it is working fine, but when it is question of Vietnam team, the page loads in about 15 minutes. Any reason why ? Gmail takes few seconds for them. Thanks

Want to use an email as incoming email address only?
Hi, We have set up a team email that we are using for all our team communication - team@x.com but whenever we are making a reply for the emails directed at team@x.xom, in the from section we are able to see 2 options but by default team@x.xom is the one. It creates confusion if someone replies from team@x.com I am looking for a way where team@x.com can only receive email but the outgoing is not active. Any solution guys?
Mobile notifications keep appearing for same email
I setup my email and now I am receiving updates for the exact same email every few minutes. Yet I have already viewed and replied to the email in question. Funny thing is it also doesn't appear in my inbox though... Is this a bug with the app?

We have a website that requires users to login already and each user has a user name/password. Overwriting existing candidate record
If I select to overwrite existing candidate record when resume parsing does this lose all the data from the original candidate file? ie. will I lose any information I may already have on that file like call notes etc...
Insert Leads Rejected

hello, this is happen when i change my super administrator mail, and delete my old super administrator mail address. when i choose, group tab in control panel, it's list are empty under the new super administartor, but when i try to create postmaster group it just failed, and status pop up said email address already exists. any help please? thank you.

Cannot publish jobs to my job board
I've gone through and reactivated my jobs, after they almost all went inactive due to my account going inactive (by accident). I have over 40 jobs. I have updated my account and I am current. However, now my entire job board only has 5 jobs on it even though I went through all 40 of my jobs and updated them to in progress (I was told there was no mass way to do this).It appears as though there is no way to mass publish these jobs to my job site.
