Hi, I have a wordpress website with a contact form, the website domain name is what I use for my Zoho account. The problem I'm having is when I submit the form with a e-mail address that's not the same as my Zoho one, it says from me, yet on my zoho mobile app it comes up with the senders name. is there a way to have the senders name to come up on my desktop computer instead of saying from me? any help will be much appreciated

I have three fields. 1st field is first name, 2nd field is last name and 3rd field is middle name. How can I combine three separate fields into one with an additional character which is a comma (,). Unable to share files with collaborators
Unable to share files with collaborators from zoho docs. When I use the share with "collaborators only" by adding their email address and then pressing share nothing happens. An email is not received and they are not added to a collaborators list. The same issue exists when using the share using a password. I can't see an option within the filter rules; also I can import a 'move' filter set up in Thunderbird, but not a 'copy' one. Hi, We're facing a problem in Zoho CRM. We love the IMAP integration but we're now having some employees leaving the company and we have the following problems: - If the user gets deactivated in Zoho CRM, his emails will not be shown by other users anymore - We can't close the mailbox otherwise mails will not synchronize anymore and we will loose the mail history I'm sure this is a problem shared by many users. When I import data into a form, for a lookup field, why can't I use the ID of the related form's rows? It does not seem to work with the ID; I have to use a value from another field in the related form. Isn't the database design relational?

5/9/2015 IMAP not syncing with Outlook 2016
I have Outlook 2016 connected with my Zoho mail account, and today it was not receiving any updates. I could see new emails on the web interface, but they were not coming to Outlook. I'd click "Send/Receive" and one time out of three the emails would come through; otherwise the process would just appear to hang and then end with no result.

Attachment Viewer is Not Working Properly
Images are never being removed from the attachment viewer after an email is deleted. In the past, whenever you deleted your email, the images in the attachment viewer would get deleted within 24 hours or so. However, during the last 28 days, none of the images in the attachment viewer have been deleted even though I delete my email daily (and empty my trash daily). Something is definitely still wrong.
