Cannot create info@ email
Hi, It seems that for some reason I cannot create an account info@tbchellas.gr. During the initial setup it didn't accept it and I had to create an admin@tbchellas.gr instead. All other names are accepted except from info@tbchellas.gr, for which it says that it already exists even though I can't see it in the list with my other emails. Is there any chance that It created an entry in your database and now it prevents me from creating it? Thanks!

With the new editor in place, you're needing to Activate the WYSIWYG editor Click into the comments section to start writing away I like the new editor, but is there a way where you can still enable the one-click-and-type-away feature that you used to have?

Hey guys, I'm loving the responsive newsletter templates. But I have a question about the use of images. Are there any guidelines to ensure that images are shown properly across all devices? From laptop to smartphone. Do I choose Custom, Original, Fit or... ? What about the Spacing? Is there an ideal size I can rescale to before I upload my image? Thanks for your advice! Web form - html modification
Looking at Webforms. The design function is fairly limited for web forms, so we will almost certainly modify the html to better suit our website - however I was wondering whether there were any plug ins or third party apps, or interesting work arounds, that might: 1. Improve the design functionality inside the CRM 2. Integrate with Zoho to create forms that both pushed data into the CRM, but also pulled data out of the CRM to populate pick lists and dropdown menus, etc Website is built in Wordpress.

Hello Zoho Forum I am in the market for a new CRM system and Zoho looks really interesting. My plan was to integrate Zoho CRM with Microsoft Dynamics Navision using APPSeConnect. My question is: When a lead becomes an account, it needs to be created in the Microsoft Dynamics Navision. Is there a function for this in Zoho? To push a new customer into, say, Navision? Losing Content and Slow System
Our company only uses the zoho docs, specifically the spreadsheets, and we have been experiencing a large delay between typing content and seeing it appear on the sheet. We have also been experiencing the loss of content after leaving the sheet. It would be a big help if we could receive some guidance with these issues. Something to note, we have a large quantity of sheets in each spreadsheet booklet that we use.

Mapping Existing Fields
We have an existing Zoho CRM, but the mapping not setup initially to accept LEADS, APPLICANTS, and then ENROLL. We customized the Modules to have: LEADS => APPLICANTS => ENROLL When a LEAD comes in we want to convert to APPLICANT and then to ENROLL. The mapping of the fields is not correct. My question is, can we fix the LEAD NAME to map over to APPLICANT name? Do we have to create a new account and have mapping setup correctly before any data gets imported?

ZoHo Group does not forward to Yahoo email addresses (inconsistent)
I have a mail group set up in Zoho. If I send to this group (e.g. test@denverreformed.com) from my admin zoho account (e.g. admin@denverreformed.com) the email correctly gets forward to ALL members of the group (including yahoo addresses). However, if I send to the group from a non zoho account (e.g my personal gmail or work emails), then the yahoo email addresses do not get forwarded the email! I can't figure out what is going on. New bug with dependency field in opportunity module
