Is it possible to be notified via email when a new NOTE is added to a lead? I can get an email notification when we edit a field in the LEAD, but we would like to know when a new note has been added. Cheers, Brian
Sub Menus in Chart Summary fields missing?
Has anyone else noticed this problem when trying to build charts? I'm trying to show a running total which is usually an option that slides out from a little arrow next to Sum in the Summary menu. All of these slide out menus have disappeared, even though the arrows still appear. I've tried this in multiple browsers. Anyone else having this problem? Emails to support have had no response so far.
Why Won't IMAP Setup Work???
Hi. When I try to set up IMAP email on my Android phone, it doesn't work. I am 100% absolutely sure that my username and password are all correct and that all server ports, security types, authentication types, and everything else, for both incoming and outgoing servers, are as is described here . And, yes, I DID enable IMAP in my Zoho Mail settings. Hi, as a webagency we work with many freelance and we need to keep privacy as some tasks inside a project. I know at the moment of the opportunity to add external and internal task but is not a good solutions because all my freelance as clients will see all the info anyway. Account Name History
Hi. Does anyone know of a way to preserve and keep the account name in a history drop down or something related in the CRM Account Screen? In other words often times companies and or organizations change names. It would be nice to update the name but be able to see the previous names. I know salesforce and others have something like this. I have some accounts that change names every few months. I know thee is a audit trail in ZOHO but it is buried to deep under audit trails and requires searching.

problem with search results coming back as https items
I have implemented google search on my site using your directions, and that all seems to work fine: However, some results come back with https in the url, when this occurs, if you click on that result, it triggers a security warning because the site is shifting from http to https. I tried recreating one of these pages, and that didn't work. How can I fix this?
Picklist created by "add item to..." is empty on edit mode!
Hi Zoho, In my form I have a subform, with a picklist populated from a field in the main form. I have tow problems on edit mode: 1. every item chosen from a picklist when submitting the original form is shown under it, like an "other" choice (which I did not marked as feasible in the main form) 2. the picklists on row 2 and onwards are empty. I have been using Zoho to track my buyer leads for real estate and have customized many of the functions. What I would ideally like to do is to input all our properties (which we can do using the existing products tab) and be able to match products (ie properties) with leads. For example a lead looking for a property in a certain areas between price a and price b would come up as a match. Conversely, if we add a new property it will match with buyers who match the property type and price range etc.

hello, The IT admin of ZCRM create all custom function. When a user update an account the custom function is called, no problem. The problem is that the field MODIFY BY is always the IT admin (= the creator of the custom function). And when the sales director want a report to know who work, there is just IT ADMIN because his custom function update all objects. Do you know a tips to keep the field MODIFY BY with the name of the user and not the creator of the custom function ? The proble is the same
