Hello All, The survey URL (survey.zohopublic.com) did not work for past 12 hours and we are negotiating with the IP providers to fix the issue. Kindly change the URL of the survey from "survey.zohopublic.com" to "public.zohosurvey.com" for Online and Offline surveys. Creating a new COntact for an account - should inherit the accounts address, and all other information.
WHen i add a new contact for a specific account it does not inherit the properties of the account. I have to manually input the address - the same address as the account. also, I have to manually update all the customer fields and phone numbers etc. When a new contact is added to the account the contact should inherit all the information from the account.

Hi For some reason i can't select Zoho CRM anymore in my Mobile Card Scanner, so i can't upload my new business cards into the leads. As an alternative i downloaded the ZOHO LEAD app , but it seems the ZOHO LEAD can't integrate with ZOHO CRM. what is the best way to upload business cards quick and efficient in ZOHO CRM? Can't find the button for disconnection / I want to type my password at connection
Hello, Just new to zohomail. Surprisingly, i can't find where to click to disconnect my session / automatic close of session after a priod of inactivity. What I want/need is to disconnect when I have finished reading my emails and at the next session opening, I want to type my password (for safety reasons ...). Web Form Styles
It would be nice to have a check box to remove font style and basic form color styles from webforms so I don't havee to go in a remove each and everyone individually. Right now, I copy and paste it to pages and do a find replace function to get rid of styles so it matches my website.

Is there a way, based on input from a Creator Form to send an email invite to a gmail account for input in the gmail/google calendar upon saving the Creator Form? Maps - Mapping Accounts by region
Is there a way to see specific accounts on a map maybe catagorized by State? I handle the entire middle of the country and the only thing I could find is to map one account at a time or accounts that are close to me when using the app. I want to be able to put leads or accounts into a group and see them all on a map online. I logged in yesterday to my account to continue doing some app development work and I could no longer find the "Refer Fields" link on the top right corner of my free flow scripting window. I emailed support asking what happened to "my window" and here is there response: "The "Refer Fields" option in the free flow mode has been deprecated. Google Tag Manager Suddenly Stopped Loading the Chat Code
I noticed this morning that Google Tag Manger will no longer load the chat code correctly. When the code is hard coded into the page it works fine. But when I use GTM on my Joomla site with the chat code in that container the chat function is broken. Is anyone else seeing this suddenly? When I went in to repost the code into GTM Google said that I had to allow document.write. Never had to do this before. Perhaps it's something that Google changed.

"Date Created" field is not available in "edit layout" page
We have lost the "date created" information on the case pages. I went to the modules, then layouts, then cases to edit the fields. "Date created" is no an option under "New Fields" or "Unused Fields". "Date Created" does show up in the "FIELDS" tab of the layout editor but not under the layout tab. Please help, knowing the date and time the case was created is important for us.
