Active, Inactive Candidates in concrete job opening is missing
Hello, is that just me, or "Active candidates" tab went missing? I was able to send emails form there, change status, read notes and doing actually everything to inform and evaluate my applicants. Now it is not there. What happend? Is this intendet? My work time went 20% up just cose of this, not mentioning problems it couses. Please inform me if I can change it back somehow.
Recurring invoices on the iPad
How do you edit a recurring invoice service on the iPad? You can pull up customers, but it doesn't show the recurring invoices they have associated with them.? When I pull up a client I want to see what recurring service they have with me. I want to see the next payment due for them. I don't see any of that on my iPad. I don't see upcoming invoices at all, only paid and overdue.

Not receiving emails
Since today we've been having email problems. We can't receive them in some accounts on Outlook 2016 and on Apple Mail on MAC. We can only view the emails on the webmail page. These are IMAP accounts, have been working fine until today, besides some delay receiving them and not being able to mark them as read on outlook. No changes have been made on the accounts config. Chat support has not worked at all and no replies form the support team by email. HELP!

Hi, I'm wondering how to create a dropdown list in creator with data imported and synchronized periodically from a zoho report table or SQL Table ? For instance, we would like to create a simple form to give an evaluation to one of our suppliers. All our suppliers are stored and updated in our accounting software (base on sql server) and we have already synchronised it in a zoho report table. We would like to create a form where: 1/ the user can search the existing supplier (in a dropdown list)

I configured the posting to LinkedIn form with the necessary ID's and Account information and I added Zoho Recruit on LinkedIn Recruiter. When I post a job, nothing happens. Good Morning, There is a correct way to integrate zoho mail with otrs? I would like my otrs send via email smtp, but I can not work, the smtp.zoho.com not respond to ping , I use some API, or will be only one error in my configuration? via smtp gmail, everything works. Only smtp.zoho not. I tested, SendmailModule - SMTPTLS on port 587, and SMTPS on port 465. I need help, tks.

Spam Forwarding
Hello, I just set up a forwarding from Zoho Email, however it is not forwarding the Spam emails. Some of my important emails go into spam as well, so I would like all emails to be forwarded. Is there any settings that I can change to have everything forwarded? Thank you.
SENT MAIL GOING TO SPAM/JUNK FOLDERS
Any emails I send are going to junk folders. Even blank emails with no content. They go straight to junk when sent to hotmail/outlook addresses but go to inbox with gmail and zoho. Can you just please confirm, in the new version, if we want to send out an email to more than one Candidate, we cannot free-type an email?? It appears we have to create an email template first, then send (although we cannot even see the actual content of the email before it is sent!). If so, this is massively frustrating

Font Size on ZOHO
My font size on my mail has gone so small I can hardly read. I reported to ZOHO whose advice was to go to settings/appearance etc which I did several times which made no difference. They then suggested I use a different browser to access Zoho mail which I have done but still no answer. This must be a problem within ZOHO. Any suggestions?
POP mail download not working in Outlook 2010
I have a problem using POP3 in Outlook 2010. I tested IMAP and that seems to work, but I prefer POP as I use only one PC and want to keep all mail locally. I checked all settings many times, but I see no wrong settings. The account check of Outlook is positive. Access to the POP server is OK and sending to the SMTP is OK. But when I try to download the messages only a few message arrive as flat ascii without header. Most of the messages are not downloaded at all. After some time I get the error message:

Per https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/calendar/show-as-busy.html some where in the event creation page, there should be a check box to mark the event as free or busy. However, I'm not seeing that anywhere. Am I just missing it, or has it been removed, or maybe I need to do something else to make that option available?

Incoming Support Tickets show up only 1 hour after receipt in the associated email inbox. They are tagged at 1 hour once they do show up online. Is this expected delay?

I can not sign out of the ZOHO Expense App. I get this message when I try: "You can not sign out when GPS tracking is on" I've turned off 'location services' for Zoho Expense... What am I missing? I can not log out.
Share a group calendar with individual in the same organisation
I have a group with 4 users. This group has it's own group calendar. How can I share this group calendar with a 5th user of the same organisation who is not member of this group? Do I need to add it as member in the group first? In my case I do not want to add him as member. Can I share it with him (in that case)?
Email receipt delayed (if at all) - noticed different receipt times showing up in webmail new view vs. classic
Zoho, Like many others, we are experiencing intermittent delays of email showing up. I can sent a colleague two test emails from a separate account - one may show up, one may not show up until hours later (if at all...)... One oddity I noticed that may help pin down the problem here, is that I noticed that an email that showed up hours late, reported two very different associated times in the webmail portal. In the 'new' webmail portal, the time reported was the time it showed up (very delayed)
