Subtotals in pivot tables
Dear, I have a pivot table where in the same column there are Expenses and Income. Everything is showing fine, and the Grand Total is correct. My question would be: Is it possible to show subtotals for a group of rows, not for each of them, and then have the grand total also. Example: COST1 10$ COST2 10$ COST3 10$ COST4 10$ Subtotal COST: 40$ INC1 10$ INC2 10$ INC3 10$ Subtotal INC: 30$ Grand Total: 70$ Thank you, Kastriot

Auto number in Forms?
As i understand it Zoho Creator has an auto number feature, is this available in Forms? I have a form that will be completed a number of times a day. I need to add a unique job number to each submitted form. Any way to achieve this? Thanks in advance

decimal point estimates in lines
Hello, I have set decimals in currency section 0000.00 € and everything is right but when I am introducing price lines estimates will not allow me the use of the comma. for example: I write 100,22 and will not let me, I write 100.22 and then in the final estimates itself out 100.22 thanks

Zoho CRM picklist changes not saved
In Zoho CRM, the changes I made to picklists for Industry were not there when I logged back. This has happened twice; the second time I was very careful to "save" on the changes, but they were gone the next morning when I logged in. Why? Is there a special setting/setup to allow changes to be made to picklists?

[SOLVED] Excessive usage message while migrating from Gmail
Hi. I'm trying to migrate all my emails from Gmail to Zoho. I'm using a tool called imasync (http://imapsync.lamiral.info/) to perform the migration. It get's so far and then errors with the following while connecting to the Zoho IMAP server: Your account is currently not accessible via IMAP due to excessive usage. Kindly try after some time. I wait a bit and try again but it just keeps happening. How should I migrate my mail (including subfolders) from my Gmail mailbox to my Zoho mailbox? Cheers.

I have several work emails with Zoho which I am using in the Windows Mail app in Windows 10 however I am running into this issue. Whenever, I send an email, it makes two copies of the same email in the sent folder. On top of that, I checked in the Zoho web interface, the duplicates are there as well. How can I solve this issue?

Dynamic VLOOKUP and Summation Calculation
I am trying to do the equivalent of a series of excel VLOOKUPs. I have uploaded a dataset where column A is "Car_Model", column B is "Car_Cost", column C is "Insurance_Cost". I'd like to only use "Car_Model" as an input (via a drop down) and then show Car_Cost, Insurance_Cost and Total_Cost (a sum of the two) as dynamic outputs. Hi! It seems that whenever ever leads are pushed into Zoho, leads in Zoho are being reverted back to when they came in. So, if it came in as an Unknown for the business name, but the sales person called and received the name and updated it, a short time later, they will go back to lead and it will have been reverted back to Unknown rather than staying as the updated business name they have put in. "Ignore" Notes?
Hi All, I'm trying to produce a report that shows all child accounts under their respective parent account. I pretty much have it built, but in the "Account Name" column it's showing X blank cells under the name of each account, where X is the number of notes on the account. For example, the account name is displayed as "Bob's Building Suppy (27)" if there are 27 notes in that account, and then there are 27 blank cells under the account name in that column. Is there a way to "ignore" the notes altogether
Data Migration Tool - format of Account ID when importing Potentials
Hello, Currently evaluating Zoho CRM and I'm testing out the Data Migration tool to import some historical Potentials. Unlike the import tool (which uses Account Name), the data migration tool maps to Potentials to Accounts using the Account ID. I've tried including the Account ID in my CSV file a few ways - "zcrm_185163200000XXXXXX" and "1851632000000XXXXX"... I've also tried using the Account Name. No matter how I try, the tool skips the records as it is unable to map the account ID in the CSV

Search result inactive after mass association of candidates - URGENT
Hello, a new problem occurred. It needs a quick fix. After mass associating of candidates from a search list to a job the search is still there but it is not possible to go the next page of results. Also, when trying to perform "search again" function the system goes down. The search must be performed again. Please, let me know, when the issue will be fixed. Again, we are losing a lot of time with this. And it means money. Searching and working with searches is an essential characteristics of a database.
