Search result inactive after mass association of candidates - URGENT
Hello, a new problem occurred. It needs a quick fix. After mass associating of candidates from a search list to a job the search is still there but it is not possible to go the next page of results. Also, when trying to perform "search again" function the system goes down. The search must be performed again. Please, let me know, when the issue will be fixed. Again, we are losing a lot of time with this. And it means money. Searching and working with searches is an essential characteristics of a database.

CRM Scheduling tool for swervice based business
Currently I use Contacts in CRM to manually enter customer details (from email or phone inquiry/lead) and then create an event (job sheet) with job details and assign it to a tech. This event then appears on the calendar and techs access their daily jobs via mobile app. Is there a way to sync the contacts to events so that info like name, address, phone number are auto filled on the event form from the information I enter on the contact form? Currently I am filling in the same information manually
Accounts and Contacts related fields
When I create a "Contact" from within an Account record, why does the name, email and phone not automatically transfer over? Right now, when I create a Contact from within an Account, I have to open a 2nd tab on my browser and toggle back and forth to manually copy the contact info over. How do I get that info to auto-populate into a Contact from within an associated Account?
iCal Feed with single date event
Hi - I'm using this GUIDE to create an iCal feed for a task report. The URL is being accepted into google calendar, but no records are displayed. Because the deadline for the task occurs on the same date, I am using the same field name (Deadline_Date) for DTSTART and DTEND. Below is what one of the entries looks like when I paste the url into the browser, and it seems to be be pulling the data from the report...any idea why not showing up as calendar entry in google? Zoho CRM can't send letters
In the Zoho standard Edition, you can't send a letter. That mail merge function was basic in ACT. But in Zoho, somehow they feel sending a letter for a salesperson is a premium feature. I cannot figure out what the issue is ... I paste the generated Zoho form code into my Joomla site. When I run the form from my site it is sending me to the designated landing page without a problem but it is not dumping the data from the form into the database.

Significant Delays with outgoing email
I am experiencing 20-40 minute delays on my outgoing email this AM. Is there a known issue that is currently being parsed out? I have to admit - I spend entirely too much time on this forum board researching and diagnosing problems with Zoho. Are we ever going to get a stable mail client for more than 2 weeks at a time? Hello support: When a new user logged out and comes back is directed to Zoho website and can create account, potentials etc. However, they are not seen in my site at all. User shows that she is 'Unconfirmed' on my list but everytime I re-invite her, she goes direct to Zoho site. How can we re-direct her in my site instead of Zoho?
