Creating and editing SOPs with Zia
You can now create SOPs from scratch, add more content and enhance your knowledge base with the help of Zia, our AI assistant.
Choose the specific article and navigate to Zia's magic wand in the right side of the screen. Here you can "Ask Zia" to generate any kind of content that you desire with just a simple prompt.
Zia isn’t just your authoring assistant—it’s also your editing companion. You can rephrase your SOPs, shorten them, and easily edit content with Zia’s help. You can also get definitions, list keywords, and generate summaries in seconds, all while ensuring that your grammar and punctuation are spot on.

Building course outlines and text lessons with Open AI
Enable the Open AI integration from the hub settings and enter you secret key.
Customize and curate your course by choosing the number of chapters, types of lessons, and level of difficulty while AI handles the heavy lifting. You can also rename chapters and lessons, add additional information, and adjust prompts—all with the help of AI assistant.
When it comes to text lessons, assignment questions, quiz and course descriptions, you can create the entire content using our AI assistant. You can also enhance the content with the options shown below.

Introducing collapsible sublevels in the knowledge base
The highly anticipated feature, collapsible sublevels, is here! Sublevels are nested levels that can be created under a parent category to create a more structured and scalable knowledge base.
You can now create up to 10 levels of nesting, with multiple sublevels under each chapter or article in Zoho Learn. Create new articles and chapters, reorder and rename sublevels, and access all article options from the left navigation panel.
We've moved from a defined, built-in hierarchy to flexible, nested levels to enhance the user experience. You can now reduce the clutter in parent chapters and build a more organized knowledge base. This will improve readability and reduce cognitive load for your users.

Exporting manuals as PDFs
Our latest enhancement is the ability to export manuals as PDF files. You can now export an entire manual as a PDF, customize its look and feel during export, and access it anytime you want.
To do this go to the manual settings and choose the PDF export option as shown below.
Using the Edit template option, you can customize the look and feel of your manual, brand it in your organization's colors and add a custom header and footer for the PDF.
While downloading the PDF, you can set a password so that your confidential information is protected.
You can now also Export manuals as PDFs so that you can access them offline and share them easily in the exact format that you want.
