With Audience, you can organize users into groups based on profile information such as their department, location, designation, interests, or custom fields. You can then create a dedicated dashboard for each audience and display information relevant to its members.
For example, you can create an onboarding dashboard for new hires, a sales dashboard for your sales team, or a location-specific dashboard for employees in a particular region. This helps reduce information overload and enables members to find important resources quickly.
Bring Zoho Connect resources to your AI workflows
Zoho Connect now supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP), allowing supported AI assistants to interact with information in your network based on the permissions granted to them.
Using natural-language prompts, you can find relevant workplace information, manage content, and complete everyday tasks without switching between apps.
Create more engaging dashboards
Give your network dashboard a more informative and personalized look with these enhancements:
Use the Greeting widget to welcome members or share announcements or a warm message. Add the Sliding Banner widget to showcase multiple events, resources, or important updates in a rotating scrollable banner. Apply an image background to personalize your dashboard and create a more immersive experience.
