Is there a way to color code or bold certain contacts?
Within a category of contacts, I wish I could color code, bold or somehow highlight certain ones on the list so I could see at a glance the status of different ones. Is there some way to do that or another solution people use? thanks Dan

Two Way Account & Contact Sync With External Application
I'm look at using Zoho CRM. We have a custom built Project Management System. I know it's not rocket science to use the Zoho API to add or update Accounts and Contacts from a 3rd party application. But what about if a Zoho CRM User updates Account or Contact information within Zoho CRM. Is there a method to sync the updates back to the 3rd Party system? Can Zoho trigger a 3rd Party API to update a record any time an Account or Contact is updated (highly unlikely.) Would the 3rd Party System

Client Portal - ZOHO Invoice and ZOHO CRM
I am running a training business with membership subscription. I am using Zoho Invoice, Zoho Subscription and Zoho CRM. I would like to allow my clients (individual) to view what training they had attended before, what invoice they have and when their subscription expired. The Zoho Subscription Client Portal works perfectly with Zoho Invoice. However, Zoho CRM Client Portal does not integrate with the abovementioned two. Which mean client has to log in 2 different portals to view partial information.

Workflow rule updates fields value after delay
Hello. I have a workflow rule which is triggered after record create/update. Workflow rule calls a function which is doing some calculations and then updates fields value. The problem is that after I edit a record the fields value is updated after a small delay. So I have to wait a little and then refresh a record to see changes. Is there any way to avoid that waiting/refreshing?

How to trigger Workflow when an Email is added to a Deal?
We're using the Outlook plugin to add relevant emails to Deals. I'd like to write a Workflow that triggers when an email is added to the Deal, allowing me to update a specific Deal field as a result. But there's no Field Update trigger for Emails within Deal workflow. Neither can I trigger based on Email workflow as that only allows me to trigger based on the email message itself (and so I can't update the Deal record that it's attached too). Here are some ideas of new features for the BCC Dropbox: - Give the option to automatically tag / classify these new leads without having to go through hoops - Give the option not to copy the mail to Zoho together with the creation of a new lead - Give the option to use not only the to:field, but also the CC field for the emails to be added to Zoho. Zoho CRM & Zoho Books integration - barely useful?
we are looking to switch to zoho crm & zoho books but the integration seems really awkward and barely useful. I can only sync Contacts OR Accounts OR Accounts and their contacts? I have some contacts without an account and some that need to be associated with an account and I'm not sure why we can't have both sync? It appears that the instructions for CRM-Quickbooks Online integration are for Windows only. Since the QB Online version is obviously web-based, that doesn't make sense. Is there a web-based integration that works on Mac?

As the title says, we have an application in which we need to save data to ZOHO, then edit it but it sometimes it takes 1 - 2 minutes for it to return the object in question, until then we get 204 response for every query. Has anyone encountered this before?
How do I get Address info to copy from Account into Contact?
I'm trying to figure out how to get all of my contacts to have the address info from the Account that they are related to populated into the their address fields. This seems to happen when creating a new contact thru the Account, but not any other way. Help!
How to turn off Outlook and open email hyperlinks in Zoho email editor
In CRM, Contacts view, I have a hyperlinked field for the email of the contact. I would like to be able to click on that hyperlink, and open a new email in CRM (prompt for template). Right now, Outlook assumes control when I click email hyperlinks, so 10 demerits to MS for bad behavior. I don't want or need Microsoft Outlook and will never regret the day I left. Anyway.... Hello, I understand that the Zoho CRM API 1.0 is going to be sunset soon. I'm trying to see if I need to upgrade anything on my end. Task Model - Need Option for Pick List Field
Currently the SUBJECT field in the Task module is SINGLE LINE only but has pick list option available. There should be an option to change the field to PICK LIST to prevent staff from avoiding the pick list values. This will enable cleaner reporting for activities.

Hi We have noticed today that the terminology for "Events" is now being changed to "Meetings" Is this going to affect any reports that filter by Event Type " Events " because that will be super frustrating if it does.
