Would be very helpful to have multiple emails per lead and contact built into the system. Our situation is that we are using the Gmail integration to be able to see emails within the Zoho record between our sales reps and leads and contacts. Unfortunately, our leads and contacts often have more than one email address and so only the communications that were exchanged between the main email listed in the record, flow into the Emails area. Anything that occurred between the rep and the lead or contact on a secondary email address, is missed/excluded. This leaves gaps in communication. Our reps are having to hand copy email exchanges into the Activities tab so nothing is missed. :( Very inefficient.
