C# API Record update INVALID_DATA error
Hello, I'm using official .NET API lib (ZCRMSDK) and trying to import products. But I'm getting maximum length error when try to submit large string to a custom field. In field's properties length is 32000 characters. Workflow rule updates field only after delay
I have a workflow rule which is triggered after record create/update. Workflow rule calls a function which is doing some calculations and then updates fields value. The problem is that after I edit a record the fields value is updated after a small delay. So I have to wait a little and then refresh a record to see changes. Is there any way to avoid that waiting/refreshing?

Functions stop working last week
We have multiple functions that stop working, i have been informed that it is API V2 integration related. but from the information i read the sunset date is dec 2019. it shouldn't have stop working right? Properly modify this pre-written custom function
We attempting to use a custom function to pull UTM tracking parameters from a URL field and separate them out into different fields. 1. This is currently working exactly right, however, the URL field in the CRM won't accept that field being populated with any URLs that contain tracking from our Zapier connection. How can I find which specific workflow rules are used by a Module?
I would like to go into my Workflow Rules and determine which ones are used by which Modules. I found something that shows how many Workflows are used by a Module, but not which specific Workflows they are. To find that, I go to Setup > Modules and Fields > [module, in this case I am going to Leads] > Summary. At the bottom there is an Automation section which shows the number of Workflows being used. Sorting Activites by location
Hi guys I am relatively new to Zoho and am struggling a bit with what might be a simple task and am seeking some help if possible. Currently, I am building an activty list from my contacts and have added the location field to the activty screen, however, it appears that although my customers have addresses in their records, the activity screen is NOT showing locations, and I am unable to sort the activities by location! Delete lines in Sales Orders or Invoices
In order to be fast when placing orders, many times I just clone and then add or delete some lines of products. Everytime I deleted a line, there was a message, similar to "Are you sure of deleting? Yes /no "and "mark here if you don't want this message to appear again" I marked it, but now I can not delete any line of my sales orders and invoices!

Cannot accept invite
Hi, I'm having a problem in accepting the invitation from our account administrator. I have tried to accept the invitation by clicking the link in the email from our administrator, this opens up the webpage with the dialogue box with the 'Accept Invite' button. When i click on the button the page shows green processing dots and then just reloads the screen with the 'accept invite' dialogue box. Can anyone help? Modifying view in Campaigns (in Sales CRM)
Team member with the Manager, Standard role cannot modify the fields he sees for Contacts and Leads in Campaigns. As an admin, I am. It's the little down arrow that's next to the filter button that's missing. Hi everyone, I'm trying to make a form that can be auto saved to a contact in Zoho as a PDF attachment. This way I can have our team fill out the form when meeting with a client then the form auto uploads against the contact in Zoho. I'm open to using any form builder but we already use Jotform for other things and it seems to work well. Assign originator / referrer to a manual entry in CRM
We sell programs for students to study abroad. When a subscription is submitted from our website, it gets fed directly into Zoho CRM. However, we have agencies who also send us leads and thus subscriptions are received via email, bypassing our website. These leads must be manually entered into Zoho. Is it possible to have a drop down with a list of all agencies so I can select who did the referral / submission ? I do not want to give agents access to enter into Zoho. Outlook plugin - Search and Add Email has stopped working
Hi, I installed the Zoho CRM Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook version 6.5.0.0 a couple of weeks ago, it worked well and did exactly what I needed which was to manually save emails to the Zoho CRM and allow me to select which Lead or Deal to attach the email to. The other day the search function just stopped working. Urgent I have a field which should take input in format of AAB-X-112 i.e. first 3 characters then a hyphen then 1 character, a hyphen and then 3 numbers. Outlook Add-in feature "Search and Add Email" shows no window to view results
When trying to link an email to a Potential from outlook, we use the function "Search and Add Email" from the outlook add-in but this window has no box showing the results, it's blank. See screenshot of the window It's not returning any results even if we are sure there are results. I removed the add-in and reinstalled it, i removed java and reinstalled it, but this doesn't resolve it
Use a custom function to auto-fill an empty field
In each of our potentials we have the standard field 'Potential Owner' and a secondary user field called 'Relationship Manager'. I would like to create a custom function which auto populates the 'Relationship Manager' with the same name as the 'Potential Owner' if it has been left empty. Any help with the function appreciated.
