CRM setup for different customer groups
We have several different customer groups: - Retail customers (B2B) - Consumers (B2C) - Affiliate partners (B2B and B2C) They all go through completely lead/sales funnels. Hence, information for each group is very much different from the others, e.g. B2C may be a social media source whereas retail customers may be acquired through cold calling. How should we setup these three different customer groups with the corresponding individual data fields?

Can't find sent emails
This morning - I sent an email to a lead. On the CRM page I clicked "Send Mail" - and typed the mail and sent it. Now, when I go into the lead, it doesn't show that I sent any mail at all! How can I see what emails I have sent from within CRM??? This makes no sense to me.

Zoho CRM Campaign
Can you help to advise as to how to retrieve all contacts under a particular campaign inside the Zoho CRM. I have multiple contacts under that campaign that I have to export out to excel/csv so that I can manipulate the data/info. I tried using the report tab and create a CRM report with the columns that I needed.. all seems well with the exception that i cannot have a column with the accounts name (meaning to say, there's no column title Accounts Name). Hello all. I'm going thru a trial of several Zoho products, mainly CRM and help desk. Am I correct in assuming that if I add an Account and/or a Contact on the CRM side, this would automatically sync over to the Help Desk portal? It doesn't seem to be working, at least not very well. Hello Originally when I set up Zoho services, I set the Super Admin as an admin@ email address. I then set up a separate personal address for me at camilla@ and one for my sales guy at bryce@. I trialed the free version of the CRM with three users: admin@, camilla@, and bryce@. CEO default role when join CRM
Hi folks, Just paid and signup and login to ZOHO CRM. Everythin looks great. However, my name account is the "Super Admin" which is can be expected as I am the charge for the Application but by default I am the Role of CEO... I cannot change the role of CEO as it is a System defined field? Why did they choose CEO not something like ZOHO Admin or somthing like that? More than 10 contacts visible in Accounts ?
I have Zoho Enterprise If I am in Accounts, say a company with 25 contacts, I see only 5 on the screen, can I go to "a next Page" or increase the number upto the number of linked contacts. Thanks William

Enterprise API limits
Hello! I am using API v2.0 and have bought enterprise pricing with 500k credits/month according to the documentation. But yesterday my requests were banned. And today, I still have TOO_MANY_REQUESTS response. API credits usage page says that 36000\23000 credits were used. But why limit is 23k instead of 500k? More than 12h were passed, and I still have this ban, when will it end?

I can't add Captcha on my CRM web form
I am using the trial version of Zoho CRM, Standard edition. I can see, but cannot add the Captcha field into my Web Form. Both File Upload and Captcha cannot be "grabbed" to bring into the form. I used in my old (local installed) SuiteCRM/SugarCRM fork the field Googlesearch: http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&q={name}where "name" stands for the Account Name field. ....THAT WAS WORKING FINE.!!! Outlook interface constantly logging
I have installed the Outlook plugin on my PC, however it either fails to login (no error message that password is incorrect or something, just blank screen where the plug in is) or after it logs in it logs back out after a few minutes. Very frustrating, i have tried this on 2 pcs, one running windows 7, the other windows 10 and the problem is the same for both please advise kind regards Michael
