Zoho Projects - comparing completion times of two tasks in a project
I want to be able to calculate the difference in days between the completion dates of two different tasks in the same project. All projects are set up using a template so always have the two tasks named the same. Can this be done?

Hi Zoho Reports Support, I think there is an issue with Data Importer. I have a formula defined column called "LastUpdated", whose value is the formula "currentdate()" When I import data from Google Drive (google sheet), every record in the table appears to be updated. can't use CAST in Query Table?
I have data broken into half hourly increments. I'm trying to build a query table that sums the data into each full hour, but I need to display that hour in a time format, ie hh:mm:ss. To do this I'm trying to use CAST (DATEPART(hour, "DATE") AS varchar(2)) + ':00' AS Hour, but I get this response "Unsupported function used in the query. " Is there any way around this?

Capitalization - Unique Values
Hi All, I have a table with a text field that contains multiple values. These values textually are the same - e.g.: "Hello" or "hello". However when I produce charts, Zoho Reports treats the two values as different due to the capitalization of the first letter. How can this be avoided to ensure the two values are treated as the same? Hello I am looking to write a query that would produce the sales for a Id for current year and previous year. I unable to use a pivot because the amount of data and there will be other equations i will use off it. I would like this to be dynamic.

Advanced SCR Analytics
I just learned the very hard way that Zoho will independently delete any reports from CRM analytics, if a user will remove a field (in From setup) that is used in these reports. Zoho does not provide any alert to the users that removing a field from their form layout, will cause a permanent and irreversible deletion of their advanced analytic reports. Zoho does not have the feature to back up Advanced reports, as well as restore them. Please be aware of this shortfall, as this now cost my company
How do I give shared users the ability to edit a report
Hi I have a range of reports I want users I share it with able to edit the text box fields, how do I enable this, at this stage when we share a report the user can simply view the report, which seems a pointless exercise as if I just wanted them to view it I would of used the email as PDF option.

Unfortunately this is not possible to add the standard filter when " certain field is updated". Only account, this makes the reporting not very trustworthy... Zoho Reports inside Zoho Creator missing datapoints
I have an application and since 5-6 days ago the data in the Zoho reports is not updating correctly. It is missing several datapoints after the 12th of August I have not set up any interval. I tried to refresh is countless times, but the data does not update correctly. I changed the graphs and nothing changes. Hi I am trying to export data from mySql and import it into Zoho DB, the export part works correct and creates the .csv into the temp directory. Then it starts the upload and it errors out. I have a variable where multiple answer responses are entered into the same field, separated by commas. Is there a way for Zoho Reports to recognize that every response separated by a column is its own distinct response option? For example, right now, the three answers below are recognized as three distinct responses: Respondent #1: A, B Respondent #2: A, C, D Respondent #3: B, D In reality, there are four possible answer choices here (A, B, C, D), not three. Setting on how to display Null/Empty values in reports Zoho Reports now provides an option to specify how to display null/empty values in your reports. So far in Charts, Pivot Table and Summary Views, when there is a null or empty value in the underlying data, it will be displayed as Unknown or No Value. Now you can specify the value to be displayed in the report for these data points. This option will be available as part of the Settings section.

Hello! I am hoping this is an easy one. I am looking to do a report with data captured from Facebook. I have the following column "total likes" I would like to add a formula to calculate the "total new fans". I would need to find the difference between the current month row and previous month row to calculate the "total new fans". Any thoughts on how to do this across rows?

I have a table of information I would like to have the same baseline of information displayed in the chart but the baseline keeps changing based on the values from the tables.
