Sharing Calender: Newbie
I created a calendar to share; entered all the email addresses of the people I want to share the calendar with, and gave them full admin rights. How do they login? Is there a link that I can send them via email? Thank you! JaneAllow website visitors to subscribe to embedded calendar
We have figured out how to embed calendars on our website, but want one calendar in particular to be available for subscription to the general public. We want them to be able to easily subscribe to the calendar while on that calendar page from our website. Is this possible? I see how to do it by invitation, etc., but don't want to worry about that. Hello.. In NEW Zoho Mail.. I right click on a calendar to share it, and nothing happens. Also, I created a group in order to have a shared calendar and thought members are added the Group calendar doesn't just appear. I have to go to calendar.zoho.com, go to settings then groups, then the group, then calendars then subscribe before I can get it to show up. Hi, Apologies if this has been asked already but after a browse around I wasn't able to find anything. After recently signing up to Zoho I have been looking to import an old calendar in .ics format but cannot find anything in settings. Even looking in old settings too. I often mis appointments because the client does not show, or I get delayed and reschedule... I need the ability to look back and see what actually occurred. In my previous CRM, we has a status of the event, similar to the Task. Therefore it was visible on the calendar and I can track the status quickly. Hi all, My Goal: To see/manage Zoho CRM Events within iCal (iPad and iPhone). I see that the CalDav update is very new, so I'm sure there are lots of questions. I have synced my Zoho CRM Event Calendar to my Zoho Calendar, allowing my Zoho CRM Events to appear on the Zoho Calendar, which is nice...but I don't work from here. I work from iCal, and I can't seem to get the Zoho CRM events to appear in iCal. I am trying to figure out how i can sync my appointement in my groupe calendor with my personnal calendor. I need my assistante to input meeting from my office on my groupe calendor for me to view it and receive it on my personnal calendor like that she doen't double book. My boss sent me an email to give me access to his calendar, I did not have Zoho so I had to set up an account. Then after I set up the account I hit the link and it sends me back to my calendar but does not give me the access to the calendar that was emailed to me. Troubleshoot?iCal Integration

I am having issues all of a sudden with group calendars. Events entered for a group calendar using the Calendar app in the new Zoho mail seem to work, but events entered for a group calendar on the separate Zoho Calendar module are disappearing. Hi everybody, We selected a time zone for our calendar and profile (and therefore across the account) that is different from the time zone that we are accessing the account from (most of the time). There is a reason why we are doing this! However, the calendar is always showing the date and time of day of the time zone we are accessing Zoho from. This is wrong. It appears that Zoho CRM only syncs out to Zoho Calendar. Is there no way to get the different calendars inside of Zoho Calendar to all sync back to the calendar inside of the CRM? For example. I have Followup.cc that shows up in my Zoho Calendar, as well as personal and business calendar. But I have to manually enter a task or meeting inside of the CRM to see anything. Hi all, I am having some issues in syncing between the three types. My Company uses the CRM feature and most people use the CRM calendar. I wish to have this synced to my Ical for iPhone syncing. I have a couple of issues. There is an auto sync with CRM to calendar however it is only an overall sync i.e. 10 different users but syncs as a single user (Zoho CRM Calendar). Can this be separated to each individual user so that I can see everyone's as a individual entry? Is there a way once the CRM isConditional formatting calendar view

The correct server URL to use in Windows Calendar (WinCal.exe) seems to be https://calendar.zoho.com/caldav/ [calendar-id]/events/ The trailing slash is important. You'll get a 404 error without it. https://calendar.zoho.com/caldav/ will get you to the same point. https://calendar.zoho.com/ will get you an error about the iCal file format (RFC2445) However, with the /caldav/ URLs, the login request is denied. I don't know why this is but I thought that there should be a post about it at least somewhereCalendar not functioning properly--cannot add recipients/attendees or edit existing events
Hello, My calendar is acting strange. I'm using Chrome as my browser and pop ups are not blocked (the calendar worked fine yesterday). When creating an event, I'm not able to "edit" the event and add attendees, etc. The link is non-responsive. I cannot edit existing events either. I had to resort to sending an invite via my Android phone and it's not updated on the Zoho calendar either. I've been relying on and using the calendar for years, this is odd. Hi team, When I am scheduling some time in my Zoho Calendar, for example: an 8pm meeting every Monday (GMT-6), it is shown as an 8pm meeting every Monday, however, when I use ical to show that Zoho calendar in my Outlook, it says that is a 9pm meeting every Monday. I think I've tracked the issue with syncing between Zoho Calendar and Google Calendar. It seems to be related to monthly repeating events. If I create an event with any monthly repeating option either in Zoho or Google, the event won't sync to the other platform. If I create an event with that doesn't repeat or repeats weekly it seems to do fine.Next Page

Hello, our Zoho calendar recently does not send the calendar invites to emails with hotmail and yahoo domains and comes back with a "soft bounce". other domains like Gmail works fine. Also sending "email" to the same emails to the above domains work well
