Hello, I have a form with 33 fields. All field are showed on 2 views. When I tried to create a report, the list shows only 27 fields. I can not find out why ? Could you help me ?

api ticket field is blank message?
On submitting my form i got the following message in my log. What is all this talk about ticket field being blank? I assume it has to do with my api settings but everything seems to have been sent properly from creator to zoho invoice and i dont see any problems. This is happening in my submitted grant application. I tested the app a few times with no problems then all of a sudden had this message, not sure what if anything changed. view mutiple related fields?
I have one form, Called "Contract form" with one mutiple lookup called "delivery n°" the "delivery n°" form have some info like, quantidy, delivery date etc. In the "contract view" with related fields turned on, i cant see all quantidy and delivery date, just the info from one of the many delivery n°. what can i do to see the contract n° and all of the multiple delivery n°& related info? thanks.
Easy Edit of fields from Search View?
I have been using and Excel spreadsheet with only 4 colums. Thought it would be easier to switch to a database program. However... When I search records... and get the results... Need help with registration form
Complete noob here. I am trying to make a registration form for a 2 hour school event, that will consist of students choosing 2 separate one hour sessions from 40 choices. Each session has a different number of students they can handle, so I need to limit the number of registrants for certain choices or remove/cap it at a certain number. How do I do this? On user input for a drop down only processes once?

Hello, I have a table in which there is more information in the view mode (the button near delete) than there are column that can be seen in the form actually. I want my users to use the view button to get the extra information. However I do not want the fields that are empty to be seen on the view list. I have a work order app that has a drop down box named submitted by, this box contains different names of people who can submit work orders. Zoho Migrator generates error & doesn't convert MS Access database
I am using MS Access 2007 on a Windows Vista machine. My databases import very nicely into Zoho Migrator. But, when I try to upload to Zoho Creator I always get the same error: "Problem encountered while creating the application IAMError:Z101:INVALID_TICKET". I have verified that version 2.0 of .Net Framework is installed. Help!
PDF generation broken again!
ZC Team, there are still problems with generating pdfs from html views, it takes a lot of time to generate them, and these are blank. I thought that the problem was solved, I understood that there is a problem with pdf server, because it is not new. Please, solve it as fast as possible, I am one of the ones who really need this feature these days (at least until I'll develop an alternative solution). Regards, George

price field still needs help!
Library Materials Request Form price needs to accept decimals (two) Someone "fixed" the field the other day, but only accepts whole numbers. Need to enter pricing such as 50.75 or 150.50, etc. Still, every time I make a change to this field, the form disappears. This is why I'm not making changes myself. I have a form with a with alpha-numeric entry (student_id) which must be unique. If it is entered, I want it to go to the next field. If it is not, I want to fill it with a generated entry (student_id_temp). I am using the MaxValueHolder form to generate a this student_id_temp by adding the number generated to a string. Cannot export data
I have a few Creator things I run and I want to export the data into Excel. However, I keep getting the message saying Internet Explorer cannot find it. It worked the other day, however! This is happening on all of my Zoho creations now. Is there a way round this please? Many thanks, Gavin

how to send an email based on selected checkbox

Price field not accepting multiple characters
Library Materials Request Form: Can you change the Price field to accept multiple numbers with decimals. Currently it doesn't accept more than 2 numeric characters. For example, if we enter 110.00 it will only accept 11. Nothing more. I would make the change myself but every time I change a field, the form disappears (as you may know from previous treads) Another question: Would creating a whole new form alleviate any problems with the form disappearing when I make an edit.
