I cant reach a field in another application?
I have two different applications. I placed a look-up field i one of them. ı can see the other application in import data "import data from" drop down and there are many field in the --select field-- drop down menu except the fields I made myself. Why cant I reach the field that were produced by me in the other application? Thanks, Vera

PDF blank - site not too fast

how do i take the ending value for a field and make it the beginning value of a different field?
Yes, i want the ending volume of the previous record to be the beginning volume of the next record. i have also provided edit access. in our winery every action starts with a beginning volume (bvolume) and ends with an ending volume (evolume). by way of example: Chardonnay beginning volume = 1000 gallons chardonnay filtered Chardonnay ending volume = 980 gallons The next time i open this field, i would like the beginning volume to show the ending volume (980 gallons) from the last action. How to order the data in a table according to dates?
Hi, I have made an events form and a view of this form. When the user enter data with the begin and finish dates, I want the for to be ordered according to begin date putting the nearest event to the top followed by the coming dates. However when the current date is later than the finish date, I want it to be automatically removed. For example today is 08.09.2010 and there is an event beginning on 08.09.2010 and finishing on 10.09.2010. I want it to be at the top due to its begin date. On 11.09.2010

I want to create search/browse form in my website so that web user can get data from google/zoho or similar spreadsheet as per options he has choosen from given options. Quickest way to modify a form

HTML not supprted in the scheduled emails?
I tried both in my account in one of my clients' account, but I've got the same results. I made a custom schedule - an email with attached xls reports. The problem is that the email is sent as plain text, and the html tags appear in plain text (<strong> , <br> and so on), even if content type is html . Is this a known problem in Scheduler? Taking Data From Form - Pasting into a letter
I have a simple database in ZC. I want to be able to easily copy the address info from a record into a document. I am now copying from the record the name - then pasting to my word processing document. Then I copy the address - and paste it into my word processing document. Then I copy the city-and paste it into my word processing document. Is there a way I can set this up to copy the whole name and address and paste it to my WP document. I am trying to present the data for records from a related form via a lookup field (the field is a multi-select checkbox). Ideally, the view would present the selected data in column, line-by-line format. However, this is what is happening: In LIST and SUMMARY views, the appropriate selected items for each record are presented. However, the items all run on together in paragraph style, with just a comma between. In GRID view, the lookup values are presented in a nice column, line-by-line style,
(minor) Repeat topic still not addressed: Why do "Add Notes" often appear in the wrong place when placed in editor location?
Ok, we all see this daily when creating or editing a form, but because it's a relatively minor annoyance we don't bring it up, though it has been brought up in this forum before. The situation: You drag an "Add Note" object to the form layout, put some text into it and click Ok. Then you notice that you don't see the Note in the place you'd indicated for it. After a careful search you find the Note somewhere near the bottom of your form, requiring you to drag it back up to it's intended location.

Shouldn't that be done once only!? Sure, with just 4 records in the table it is not an issue. But for larger databases or more complex calculation/action wasted server resources are significant.
What the viewers can see ?
I will have 4 sets of viewers, each type of viewer should only see the records that pertain to them. I would end up with 4 links on my website. Clicking the appropriate link would return only the appropriate records. Each link would essentially be just a search of one column and display of all records found. Persisted data not immediately retrievable
Data is entered in Field 1 of Form A (stateless) and used to fetch records from the database. Using "actions upon user input" the fetched records are persists to Form B (not stateless). Field 2 of Form A is a "look up field" which searches Form B for the newly persisted data. The look up field does not find any data until Form A is refreshed.
