Hi Today when sending an email from within Zoho Crm there was an error while sending the message, BUT since it was not noticeable at all !! we did not see the notification and assumed that the message got sent correctly ... The customer said he did not received the message, so, when trying to verify if it was sent , we looked it up at that Lead Page, and it was indeed under Emails sent , and yet the customer did not received anything after many hours... so we sent another email message, now with

Copy Contact Details To Paste Elsewhere
Good morning from the UK, I am trying to find an easy way of copy and pasting a contacts details. For example I will be visiting a customer and want to copy all of their details including phone numbers and address and paste it into my diary. This then allows me to see the address simply when I am out on the road. I can copy all of it by dragging the mouse across the contact, but it includes all the field names including those fields I have no use for such as 'Other' addresses. Any ideas? Best regards
Changing stages
I am new to Zoho so maybe this is of my own doing...I cannot figure out how to change what stage a potential is in. The way my business is set up, when someone becomes a "potential" they still go through several sales stages before becoming an actual sale. Why can't I edit the stages? Help if you can, thanks!!
reset database
Is there any way to completely reset Zoho back to the original configuration at the 1st login? I customized the fields quite a bit and then realized that I shouldn't have & now want to go back to the default settings.
Email Template Merge Fields Not Working
Here's another problem I'm having, this time with the email templates. I set up an automatic email to send when a user changes a field. The email provides the manager with a snapshot of the changed information to make an informed decision. Hello Zoho, I love being in Zoho and not have to go to other email options such as Gmail to email leads. Why don't you have the option to email later at a specified time? It's a great idea and I would love to see it put into place. Thanks.

Not able to clone an invoice today.
I cannot save a cloned invoice as of today. There is no error message, just lack of response from the Zoho page. I tried clearing my browsing history and cookies, and I also tried this on another computer without success. I am able to edit invoices.
Not Happy with Service
Already sent this to the employee from Campaigns Team who was helping us yesterday but... Really not happy. Having spoken to 4 Zoho employees we still dont have a proper fix for our Industry field in CRM. What we have is a work-around that is of no real use to us. Mass Update Notes
Is it possible to add notes to more than one lead at a time? If I send out a proposal to 15 different leads I don't want to enter 15 separate notes.

We have been evaluating the IMAP integration for a few weeks and have noticed that when the CRM polls exchange in Office 365 it set the e-mail to read, rather than leaving it as unread. This is really frustrating, has anyone else seen this problem and know how to fix it? David
Can we automatically fill in Region based on information entered in State field
Our team is segmented into regions based on states and in Zoho we have both a "State" field and a "Region" Field. Is it possible to create a rule or some time of automation that if, for example, I were to enter "AZ" into the "State" field, the "Region" field would automatically populate to "Southwest"?

When importing leads my goal is to import new leads as well as enrich existing leads in my CRM and retain any notes and lead owner in the CRM. Will Overwrite allow me to do this? I want to avoid duplicates and skipping as I want to enrich existing leads.

Products are too simple for quotes
The product entry into Quotes/invoices is a little to simple for us. We work in prices per pound, but could also be in Kilo, or metric ton. Not to mention that our packaging is pretty custom and could have a slew of different inco terms. Hello! I'm using Portugal portuguese as language on the CRM. We use 9 digit to phone number. I want the telephone number to be displayed with the 9 digits in full without parenthesis.
