LEAD Ownership
Is there a way that you can MASS UPDATE the Lead Owner Field? I am importing from a CSV thousands of leads and I would like to assign them in bulk to certain saile people. Is there a way to either MASS UPDATE or even better, how do I know what LEAD OWNER ID to enter for a specific person? Is it a number? I tried thier names and that does not work, it seems to ignore it and still assign me as the owner since I imported those leads.

Impossible to build views across multiple modules
We have been testing ZOHO ONE and were quite impressed with the functions. Generally it would offer all feature we need. Even if not really integrated with other modules (see e.g. CRM and Campaigns) we think ZOHHO is on a good way. What we can´t understand (and which is a complete show stopper for us) that it isn´t possible to retrieve data across various modules or even related lists within the CRM. Hi Zoho, I have a calculation that I need done only if a certain drop down field is selection (Yes/No option). For example: Drop down field - Is this a VAT customer? Need to have tasks sync with office 365 calendar just like events. This is one of the biggest request we get from users. Tasks are nice because they have a completed or not started status that stays open unless manually touched (where as events automatically close once the time has passed). recognize you will need to add an optional time field to the task instead of just date.
Potential: Making Required Fields only when Closed Won

How to set up automatic contacts synchronization throughout the entire ZOHO-One platform?
I assume there is a way to set up ZOHO-One in order for it to automatically synchronize contacts throughout the entire platform (among which Mail, Connect, CRM, Desk, Books, Contact Manager, Projects, etc.) but I am unable to find it. Can someone please direct me to instructions on how to do this? The same question I have about documents, and notes, and ... well, everything! Shouldn't everything synchronize in an integrated platform? Now I receive a file attachment in an email which I need in ZOHO-Connect.

Disjointed process
Our workflow is somewhat disjointed in ZOHO and would love to see if there is a better way. Right now we are using a custom Form(ZOHO Forms) for contract signing and initial payment. lead's duplicate through email "Domain"?
Hi, is it possible to check for email "domain" duplication while creating the lead? Scenario example: Sales 1: add's a lead from company XXX and used email : john@xxx.com two days later: sales 2: adds another lead from the same company but used a different email with the same email malcom@xxx.com this is considered to us as duplicate lead (since they're both the same account)... how can we overcome this challenge? or at least notfiy the sales 2 guy that there is an existing domain same as you're

Still unsaitisfied with event management in crm so I have seen the smart schedular intergration. Has anyone tried it. They say they have an app but I am unable to see it on the App Store. The free trial asks for zoho login, password and key. I am looking for advice before we potentially open our database up.

Problem with accessing CRM
I have received the invitation to join CRM from my company admin but get an 'account disabled' message when I put in my email and password. We have tried deleting my account then setting it up again, lots of repeat invitations, change of password, several different laptops, ipad app, going out and using someone else's broadband connection, with no joy. I can access my zoho email but seem destined never to use the CRM - Any advice welcome.

Home Page - Events View add Contact Phone?
I use a Home Page component, a view that lists my Events scheduled for Today. Is there any way to add the linked contact's Phone # as a column on that view? The only Contact fields I see as options are Contact Name, and Best Time to Contact.
Save received emails to record
I was in chat with support and found out that I cannot do something I'd like to do. I asked if there was a feature request page, but they said just to post here, so here I go... We have CRM setup with IMAP email accounts and I would like all conversations to permanently stay with the record. Workflow Rule not able to connect to Module
Hello! I've been trying to create a workflow rule that would link 2 modules together, yet I cannot figure out how to do it. We are trying to write a workflow that will hide fields in the 'Account' module, if the 'Account' module is linked to the 'Product' module, via certain products. Standardize "From" Email Address for Email Template Triggered from CRM Form
Hi, I'm setting up an email capture form in Zoho CRM, and need to trigger an email to the user that submits the form. I'd like this email to come from a general mailbox for the company, but am only seeing individual CRM users as options for the "From" email. How can I adjust this? All of a sudden this morning, I can no longer access emails I have sent through Zoho. If I click on an email sent to a Lead, it opens briefly then disappears. I've not changed anything, and I've tried logging in and out, rebooting pC, etc etc - can anyone explain what's going on?

I am trying to create a new module called "competitors" but it says the module already exists. When I manage modules in set-up I cant find a "competitor" module. Am I missing something?
