Sending reminders to contacts for Tasks
Hi there - I have situations where-in I would like to invite my customers to Tasks, and also send reminders for unfinished Tasks. However, I find that I can only include 'Users' within the CRM system to tasks. Is there anyway I can send emails to my Customers about these tasks? Siddharth.

With the new changes, somewhere along the line, the mouse scrolling has stopped working on CRM Sales Quotes. Very inefficient now, having to page up/down or mouse click scroll bar. Please help.

Embedded form on website not working?
I have the embedded script in my website, and have verified that it has been copied & pasted correctly (a number of times). However, after two tests, I get no notifications and can not see new activity in my reports. The page link is http://harrisoncontracting.com/contact/ Any idea why this is not working? CRM - Build a report to count number of contacts within an account
I'm trying to build a report that would show me only those accounts that have 10 or more contacts. I don't see where I can count the number of contacts within an account and then sort by a minimum number of contacts. Any ideas? Thanks

Hello, The ability to use the back button to return to a previously viewed page would be a HUGE improvement. Having to go through numerous screens to get back to where you were is such a bottleneck. Any plans for this? nbeck09

save form details in Web Forms is not saving
I have made some changes in my webform from left align to top align. I went to save the webform on the Form Details page and it did not get me to the point where i could save the form and embed the code into my webpage. So I backed out and tried the embed options. It gave me the script I needed. I posted the script to my site and it still came out align to the right. I then tried to create another one and again the same thing happened. API issue

Hi, I use Zoho Support for all customer requests sent to a specific e-mail address. However, some customers send requests also to the main e-mail address, which ends up in the inbox of Zoho Mail. (I have CRM Plus). Is there a way I could create a ticket out of this e-mail? If yes, how? thanks, marc

Reminder not on saturday and / or sunday

I have been in zoho crm working on some issues we were having and fixed them! Yay! But now we can't see closed activities in lead details view or closed/open activities in accounts detail view. I have followed the Manuel and it says it's showing the items according to the edit menu. But is still not visible. Is there another area that I can edit it that I've over looked. I've combed every inch of the customization section.

I've tried bringing this data in several ways and CANNOT get it to work. What am I missing? I need these tasks to be assigned to users, associated with existing contacts, and related to existing accounts.
Emails sent from Gmail are appearing in Zoho Inbox

Hi, I have Zoho CRM Plus with mail integration. I just would like to know WHAT are the differences between the Mail integrated in CRM Plus and the Zoho Mail (standalone).
