Potentials column layout
The potentials column layout is currently [Potential Name - Stage - Closing Date - Account Name]. I want to change the column order to [Account Name - Potential Name - Stage - Closing Date] I tried dragging the column header but that is not an option. How do I change the change order of the columns on the potentials page?

Is there a way to highlight a lead so a second level can know which ones should be paid attention in an orderly fashion? A competitor (Freedomsoft and others) allow for this. It would be a nice addition to Zoho to include this type of ability.

Picklist for product inquiry on a web to lead form
We would like to create a web to lead form that our prospects could fill out that would ask for their name, company, email, etc. as well as a drop down that says "I am interested in..." (with a pick list for them check all that apply) We want that information feed into our lead record so that when we call we can be specific about what they want AND if we wanted to filter our leads/contacts by what product they are interested in, we could do that too. I have exported a large database from zoho crm to Excel and made changes, some of these to surname which means I get a duplicate when re-importing. I want therefore to re-import new surname in a separate temporary field and somehow do the following: If [newsurname] is not empty, replace [surname] with [newsurname]. Is this possible. I have embedded the code, but then altered some of the pick list options in the fields. Emails are not arriving from our website. If we untick a pick list field, will this stop this form working on the website? If we change pick list items will this stop this form working on the website? If we make any changes to the pick list fields, do we have to generate new code and replace existing code on the website?

Our customers are constantly paying in installments. What is the clearest and most efficient way to keep track of that information? Notes in Tasks disappearing
If I add a lead to a task after the task is established, any notes that I have added to the task are lost. I assume this is a bug of some sort. True?
Filter leads by location
Adding a column by location and a filter for the Leads would be extremely helpful when doing targeting calls! i.e. today my manager was in the Syracuse area and wanted me to find a lead there while he was out. Filter would have been nice.

How to customize contact roles (for lead to potential conversion)
I don't see where to customize the Contact Roles values. The only time that field appears is when converting a lead to a potential. However, the "Roles" field/values doesn't exist on the "Contact" field customization page. Please advise. Thank you.
Adding email conversations to accounts
Hi, We just started using Zoho and unfortunately, have been running into snag after snag. It seems customization is pretty limited. I was wondering how we can attach email-conversations to accounts? Most of our accounts have only 1 or maybe two contacts, and we all handle the contact with out clients together. Hello, I sent some emails ticking contacts from the view I created in Zoho CRM. I chose a template, then got the information that these emails were sent, yet, there's no information about it in any of the contacts accounts. Why it might have happened? Hi, the existing invoice template in zoho CRM don't qualify at VAT invoice for the uk. I've tried to tweak them but utlimately I would need to be able to display for each item the VAT rate, the net VAT, the cost exclunding VAT. Bug in universal search results
When doing a universal search for contacts it seems there is a small bug when there are exactly 10 contacts matching the search, but there are also items from other categories that match (i.e. events). Under the matching contacts section of the search results, the right arrow indicating more results is active. If you click on this you will go to events, not contacts, and there is no way (as far as I can tell) to get back to the original list of search results without running the search again.
