You need to provide an easy way for a sales person making quotes for customers to be able to set discounts in multiple ways within the quoting system. I think most companies have at least two categories of things that they sell and that they want to discount differently on every quote. For example, products and pro services. Allow change Text field size without replacing the field.
We have a 2000 text field. Lately we noticed we need more room so we need to change to 32000. It looks we need to create a new field and migrate the information to get it done. It requires to "Modify" the WHOLE database which is RIDICULOUS. We are coming from Salesforce. In there you can change Text fields size UP and DOWN. Outlook plugin for macOS - cannot login
I just downloaded the Outlook plugin for macOS and installed it as described. When I try to login to my CRM-Account I always get the message "Connection failure - Please check your internet settings", but I am definitely connected to the internet. Additionally I looked into the log files and found two interesting things: 1. Good morning everyone! A peculiar issue with importing and syncing leads. I used the desktop version to import few hundred leads to Zoho and import, this worked well. After performing Desktop sync I used these leads on my Zoho App. But now all these new leada have disappeared from desktop, in iPad they are still available. I'm standing on the hose here, how to get the data on new leads back on desktop Zoho?
Error with closing tasks

Hello hello - When a contact moves to a different company I write down where they previously were in the notes. If I could tag other contacts or companies in the notes then that contact would show up in notes on that company or contact's notes. E.g. Amy previously worked at [@Amazon] from 2010 - 2016 This way this note would show up in Amazon's account and if we were looking for Amy in Amazon's account we could see that she moved to a different company. Wrong set of related lists on every page
I experiencing a bug. When I look at an Account page, left panel shows wrong set of related list. The visible set of related list corresponds to Contact. The same bug is on all other module pages - only related list of standard fields are visible, no related lists of custom Lookup fields. Importing Invoices and associating them with Contacts
I am excited to use the new migration tool to import old Invoices. However, when I import the invoices, nothing gets imported in the Contact Name lookup field -- it just stays blank and doesn't get associated with a Contact. Am I right to understand that I would need to "migrate" all of my Contacts in order to make the lookup work? I have around 15k Contacts. I certainly do not want to duplicate all of these contacts. But importing Invoices that aren't connected to Contacts is not useful at all.

Custom Products from Parent Product
