Hi, I wish to create a CRM Contact upon a customer signing up on the customer portal for my creator app so that any form submissions within the creator app are then automatically associated with that customer and his contact information in the crm. Is this possible?

We have a custom module in Zoho CRM that tracks some of our work. When the status of an item is changed to Complete, we want to automatically pull the pricing info (also stored in that custom module) and create an invoice in Zoho Books. How do I do this? Do I need to use the API?
addhour issue with custom functions
Hello, With a survey date of 25/12/2017 survey_date.toTime() gives: 25/12/2017 12:00:00 as expected a = survey_date.toTime().addHour(10); info a; gives 25/12/2017 10:00:00 as expected b = a.subHour(10); info a; gives just 25/12/2017 and an error i.e. no time element. I've also tried: a = survey_date.toTime().addHour(22); which also gives 25/12/2017 10:00:00, where I would expect 25/12/2017 22:00:00 Any ideas please? Simon

API Suddenly Not Working
Getting the classic code 4500 (Problem occurred while processing the request) suddenly today on any API request we make. We are not over our limit. Our auth tokens are all good. We are otherwise communicating fine with Zoho CRM, just can't use the API to sync our records. This is obviously a huge problem for our sales force. Anyone else having issues? Anyone have a clue on troubleshooting? No response from support ticket submitted. :(
Calendar Colour
Is there any possible way to put a bit of colour in the crm calendar? It's so depressing...white, light grey... :( Can we at least have one colour for the events so we can see them better? Light grey on white background with very light grey text is horrible.

No header and footer for standard templates
Hi, Just working to design a new inventory template. When trying to change one of the standard template, the template editor is still the 'old' one with no possibility to create header and footer. Is there any possibility to edit them with the 'new ' template editor ? thanks

Lead Source Changed on Web Form
I have a few forms up on our website. The "Lead Source" field is hidden and auto populated with "Web Research" as the value. Over the weekend I had a lead come from one of my forms with the Source value as "Advertisement." The lead was bogus and SPAM. But I do not understand how my Lead Source value was changed. I've gone and checked all the source code of the forms and nothing seems to be wrong. Has anyone seen this before? Any ideas?

Custom Button to Populate Date Field
Completely new to Zoho, and am just starting to get my feet wet with custom buttons and scripts. Disable email notification to lead owner when mass updating
Hi All, I'm the super admin of my zoho account and this week we changed our "lead status" list options. Yesterday I update all leads in our database (15,000) where "lead status is empty" to "not assigned" using the mass update feature selecting 500 records each time. Because of that, the owners of the leads received TONS of emails. How do I disables sending email when doing mass update? As Admin, I don't to send emails to the lead owners when doing mass updates. Best way to mark leads inactive?
Currently our team has almost 14,000 active leads in the system which have been accumulated over many years - some purchased by lists, some from sales people who have moved on etc etc. Of these, I believe there are less than 1,000 up to date, valid, quality names. However, it feels counter intuitive to start deleting leads from the system (we may want this data should someone come back to life later). invoice template row totals not showing currency format starting this week
In my Quotes / Invoices / and Purchase Order templates - in the Grand Total for each row, they are not displayed in currency format, this is a problem that started this week. Tired Pricing Discount not by % but by flat fee
I am new to Zoho, Ive been doing some research and i found what is called "Price Book" and i see that it offers discounts for qty. and i see that its done by a % discount. Our pricing structure is still based on tiered discount but we dont use a "%" discount we use a flat rate fee. Is there a way to change this? Custom Picklists and CRM API - Not Supported?
Hello - Not sure if I'm missing something, but it appears that I can't access the custom picklists that have been added to my organization's 'Cases' type via the API. I've inspected the returns from the getFields method (https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/api/getfields.html), as well as the returns from the getRecords method (https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/api/getrecords.html), but neither of these show the field I'm looking for. Is this not supported, or is there something I'm missing in my call signature?
