As Admin, why do I get "access denied" to reports? I check all permissions and everything is set up correctly.

Hi, Is there a way to: show all the emails from different contacts on one tab if they're under the same account, and customize the display/filtering of the emails? For the majority of my accounts, there are multiple contacts with a lot of email interactions every day. So it isn't efficient to click each every one of them to view the details. It would be good if custom fields appeared in Leads app
It would be good if the custom fields created in Zoho CRM Leads module carried over to the Leads app by default. Our organisation would like some control over the information being entered into the CRM via the business card scanning app. Currently our consultants have to click on settings in the app and select the custom fields for them to appear after they've scanned a card.
Can I Change currency in Standard or Professional Editions
I don't need to have multiple currencies as i only need the LE Egyptian pound. Can I still change the currency symbol to LE in Standard or Professional Editions ?

Hello, I'm a photographer who works with a very wide variety of businesses. I tag the Account based on the type of business they're in. This is important for understanding where I get my business and for connecting others who are in need of a business' services. I hit my 50 tag limit almost immediately simply given the variety of business I work with. What's driving the 50 tag limit and are there any plans to increase it?
Integrate Leads with Facebook AdSet
Hello, I have a custom form to insert Leads in my CRM. I get the facebook AdSetID from the url ( I can get the Ad_ID too if its necesary). I have installed Facebook Advert Manager and add a facebook adSet lookup field in my Leads Module. I want to fill this field but I dont know how to work with the api. I tryed <FL val="AdSet_Id">8960000000216197</FL> when inserting the Lead Record but didn't work. Hope you can help me.
Insert a record to custom Module with a related item field
Hello, I'm currently integrating the Zoho API into my system, I'd like to insert a record for my module (let's say CustomModule 1) with a related item field linked to Accounts module. But I'm not able to send the Id of the associated Account in the tag <FL> Error message is returned : You have given a wrong value for the field * My related item field to Accounts * Has anyone ever encountered this problem? How to calculate working hours?
I'm struck at formula field. i have given the coding to calculate the total working hours, by giving in time and out time in date/time format. the logic is working correctly. but the format to display is somewhat wrong. Hello, Is it mandatory to designate a CEO for the CRM? Because, when someone is CEO, the reste of the users cannot see what he posts, unless there is a way to keep the CEO role and to be able to see his work on the CRM. Thank you!
SOAP Data Import
Hi All I am extremely new to Zoho and the programming world but have been playing lately. I have a web service we currently use to provision our telco clients. It seems that they have web services available to use and have sent me a documentation link to all the webservices etc. I would like to use Zoho with this system but I am afraid that Zoho wont communication. I simply (to begin with) want it to import all the customer details from the webservice into Zoho. Can anyone help with this information

Recently run reports for all users
For administrative purposes is there a way to see which reports are being used by everyone? Recent reports is great, however it only shows reports that the current user has run. Audit Log only shows when a report is added or changed but not run. Thanks Glenn

Is there a way to update a Lead Owner once they have been converted?
I have mass imported leads to our CRM (on behalf of my organisation) and by default was selected as the Lead Owner. I then discovered these leads were existing accounts, so I have converted them accordingly. Once I converted the leads I changed the contact owner to the correct person owning the account, however when I set up dashboards on my home screen I can see it looks like I have converted 80% of the organisations leads. Is there a way I can change the lead owner so our dashboard statistics

Deleted emails not showing up in ACCOUNT or CONTACT page anymore?
Hello, new user and have been looking around for this answer. If I receive an email from a contact, it shows up on their contact page in the emails sections. If I delete that email from my mail account, it disappears. Zoho doesn't store a copy of them email like other CRMs? Thanks!

Unable to tag other Zoho Users
I noticed today I was unable to tag other zoho users in cases while filling in notes. Usually I type in @(Insert Name Here) but nothing happens when I type in the trigger character. Any ideas as to why this feature stopped working?

Blueprint to send email to associated vendor?
Hello, I have a custom module for basic project handling, which uses a "vendor" lookup. As usual this gives me a related list for "vendor" in the custom module. I wish to create a blue print for the custom module that sends an email to the contact email address of the linked "vendor". This doesn't appear to be an option in the email alert section of the "after" tab of the transition. Is this possible please? Or any alternative ideas? Simon
New Lead Button on Search Results
A common work flow for me when adding a lead is to search the name of the company first, to avoid adding a duplicate. It would be great if the "no matching record" page had a button I could click to add a new lead, so that I didn't have to close out of the search first.

Drop down does not clear not selected value
I created a simple Yes/No drop down field on a form (see attached screen shot). The default is set to "No," so if an appointment is what we consider value add, the sales person selects "Yes." In all of the drop downs I've used over the years, selecting something other than the default clears out/negates the default value. In this case it isn't. Interestingly, this field works as intended on the Zoho CRM app: the sales rep picks yes, and "No" goes away. So I believe there is a problem with the functionality.
