Hi there What's the easiest way to create and send an email in Zoho CRM? Right now I have to open CRM, search contacts, select contact, click SEND EMAIL button. Is there an extension where I can just compose a new email and add the contact name in the TO: field? Similar to the way gmail works... click NEW, add contact, write email.... does Zoho CRM have this feature to make sending email easier?

Hi, we've imported our customer accounts with their unique customer codes as Account Number and as Parent Account. When I export the Accounts data from the system, the Parent Account and Parent Account ID fields are not empty. I have my .zip file ready with 3 test-files ready to import into the system as attachments, and obviously to be assigned to the relevant accounts. Modifying the display of Modules on Account page
Is there a way to modify the fields that are shown in the subsections of the Account page? In other words, under Contacts or Activities, certain fields are displayed, but I would like some control over which fields show there. Is this possible? Thanks

Sending email from CRM can't look up CRM USERS to add to the email
When I send an email direct from the CRM to a lead or contact, sometimes I want to copy in someone else from my company. Everyone from my company is a CRM user. However, in the email To, cc and bcc fields, the CRM doesn't recognise USER names when I type them in the To, cc or bcc fields. Associating a Contact with a Task
Most of my Accounts have only one Contact. Thus, it would be nice if when entering a Task, that the Contact automatically associated with the Task. Is this possible? Thanks

Anyway to make "Subject" field non-mandatory?
Hi, I love ZOHO CRM! Keep up the great work! Is there any way to make the Subject field in (say Sales Order, Event etc) non-mandatory? I do not understand th logic behind it. It's not a unique field. If it isn't a unique field, it is possible that after some time you'll end up with multiple records having the same Subject. In any case, why should a Subject be a mandatory field in a Sales Order or Invoice etc.? I have tried to turn this off but I can't. Am I missing something? Thanks, Kenneth

I keep, randomly getting logged out from zoho crm. I will be working in the crm and then go to a different window and go back to the crm and i will get logged out. I tried clearing my cache and cookies but it hasnt fixed the problem.

Unable to access Standard Lead Layout
Hello, I was in the process of creating a new lead layout and working with the standard layout. I somehow managed to remove Administrator access to the Standard layout and have no way to access it anymore. When I attempt to create a new lead layout, I get the error message, "Unable to Process Request". Any thoughts on how to restore access the standard layout?
Layout of fields when creating a task within an Account
When a Task is created when not in an Account, all the fields are shown (including Contact, Repeat, etc). However, when I try to add a Task from within an Account, the entry form is split into two pages. Is there a way to adjust this so that all the fields are shown on one page, or at least that I can show my preferred fields on the first page of the in put screen? Thanks

When I add a Notes in "Cases", it doesn't show up under Contacts
If I add a note under "Deals", the note shows up in Contacts. But if I add a note under "Cases", it does not show up. Is there a setting I can configure to make this happen? I want to be able to take notes in Cases and see them under Contacts (without digging into cases).
Monitoring Salesman's calendar/calls
We are thinking about Zoho CRM, but I can not locate an answer to this question? If I implement national territory management, I want to have the ability to view all salesmen's calendar to see the calls they are making, when that are, and the outcome. Overdue Task reminders
Hello, Need some advice.. In order to make sure tasks are not getting consistently missed, we need to have efficient reminders in place. I understand that you will get a reminder when a task is due, but I do not see reminders each day after. I thought about creating a Scheduled report that sends individual users a daily report of their overdue tasks. Looks like there is something not quite correct with the address copy function in "Contacts".
Hello, I completed a "Lead" view and converted it to a "Contact" and "Account". In "Account", I tried to copy the Billing details to the Shipping details. It kind of worked but not completely! The first two lines do not copy across and the drop-down box is persistent and floats over the page view subsequently. Please see the attachment of an example of the problem.
