No Events and Task Sync in Android App
We use both IOS and Android CRM apps. The new design is great. I mean it! But... the only problem, but very very very frustrating, is that CRM Events and Tasks are not being sync to the android app. It works with no problems in Iphones. Are you guys aware of this problem? We need a fast fix for this since our business is pretty much operated through cellphones. Thanks!
Card Scanner App vs Card Scanning Feature in Leads?
I had purchased the Zoho Card Scanner App to use with the Zoho app. It works? Not real great, but it's better than nothing at the moment. Then I found the Leads App as well. In the Leads App, you have to purchase the Card Scanning Feature. So, I bought the Card Scanner App and now I have to purchase the Card Scanning Feature? Seems like a scam to get my $0.99. Can the Card Scanner not be used for the Card Scanning Feature in the Leads app?

Custom Functions and hidden updating hidden fields
I have written a couple of custom functions that I use to update various summary fields in different modules. However it appears that if a user doesn't have read/write access to the fields then the custom function cannot update and re-calculate the fields. Is this correct? I have been searching through the online help and this forum but can't seem to find any reference to this being the case. Ideally I want to be able to update the fields without users being able to modify them manually.
Field Definitions at data entry
Wouldn't it be great if you could hover over a field and it pops up with a definition of its purpose (as set up by the Administrator/Company)? This would save an enormous amount of training time and the data that is entered might more accurately fit the field. If it was extended to items in a pick list too... Just thinking...

Trying to integrate Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns and Mailchimp
I am truly frustrated. I want to integrate Zoho CRM and Mailchimp. I have 500+ contacts in Mailchimp and I use their app so that people can sign up on my facebook page. I'm trying to sync Zoho with Mailchimp so I can move all of the contacts over to Zoho. Unfortunately, I can't tell if the contacts moved from Mailchimp to Zoho and none of my contacts from Mailchimp are showing up in Zoho Campaigns. I am scratching my head and getting pissed! help!

Pull Data from Accounts to Cases
When creating a case we will have a user select an account from an account lookup field. I´m trying to modify the stages in potential (add /delete or update the field name), and an error appear when I click on submit button. The error is "Error occurred while updating Stage-Probability-Mapping".
Unable to input more than one character in fields under Account section
Does anyone know why we can only type one character in various fields when in the Account section. We can input data fine under all the other sections such as Leads and Contacts, so it seems really strange.

I am using the free version of CRM with 9 users. About 8 weeks ago I managed to import successfully 250 records from an Excel file. Today I cannot get the import feature to work and there are no error messages. I have tried .xls and .xlsx Both files have less than 1000 rows and are less than 5MB.
Create a Contact view based on Campaign Member Status
Hi, I'm looking to create a view that shows all contacts that have opened an email from a campaign which is indicated by the Member Status field under the Campaign section of the contact. This field is not able to be selected as the criteria for a view, is there a workaround for this? Thanks

Hi. No matter what I do, no matter what I am uploading, regardless of how many rows there actually are, all I ever get when trying to upload new contacts into the CRM system, it tells me that the "File Should Not Contain More Than (x) Rows." Can anyone help? I am trying to upload (maximum) 30 contacts at this time. I have uploaded more and less before, but now something is not working. It could be me that is not working properly and I have overlooked something, but I could do with a bit a help. Thanks.

I have just signed up and cannot find anyway of creating groups of email addresses for contacts who I regularly email. In my gmail account, I have one group of 11 I email once a month. Some contacts are in more than one group. I'm in the professional crm trial. How do I set this up in my Zoho mail? I've spent hours trying to figure this simple task out, help! David Jones
Need to sum up a few potential fields into Amount
I want to break down a Potential's total amount into a few different components upon entry/editing, then have this automatically sum up to the "amount" field and make it non-editable. Do I create a new "amount" field and have to rewrite all the opportunity reports that use current amount field, or is there a better way via a custom function to do this?

Help getting the landing page URL on webform to work
My website is built in Business Catalyst. I have created a webform to lead and placed it successfully onto a page. It is delivering data into Zoho. The problems is with the landing page URL I have created a page on my website and used that URL But when I test it, I get a browser (firefox and chrome) error saying that the connection is not secure. I just wanted to confirm that a form that is submitted via Zoho Survey "qualifies" to trigger a Lead Assignment rule in the CRM? ...it does not seem to be so....a Survey is submitted with a hidden custom variable that populates the "Company Name" with something like: CHANGE ME I then set up a lead assignment rule that says: if a lead has "CHANGE ME" as company name, assign to UserX. Is it possible to create a DateTime field that has validation?
I.E. We need a DateTime to schedule future events for our staff members. Currently, the DateTime fields are all setup and functioning however, They would like the DateTime to not allow for a day prior to one week in advanced. Is there a way to not allow or to auto update to 1 week from today for the value of the DateTime field? Please, let me know if this is possible.

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew if it is possible to create a custom link that uses the "Send Email" quick action link but adds multiple addresses. The quick link is basically https://crm.zoho.com/crm/EntReply.do?action=compose&entId=[contactid]&module=Contacts&entEmail=[contact-email-address]. Email ID already exists?
I'm trying to amend the email ID of an existing user, but the CRM says the email ID already exists. I've got barely 3 users in the Zoho organisation, and I know for a fact that the specific email ID under consideration is not being used for Zoho. When we later checked on Zoho - there was no account. It took the user through the registration steps for a free user trial, and went and actually created an account! This is impossible! Please resolve.

Getting Lead To Input Further Details by 2nd webform
Hi there, I am trying to set up the following automation but am experiencing difficulties. We have our Leads fill in a zoho webform, this generate tasks and alerts. One alert is getting the Lead to fill out some further questions before we can turn them to a potential. I need a way to allow Leads to automatically update their own records. I have tried another webform but this just creates duplicate Leads in Zoho, which for the purpose of automation manually de-duplicating is not ideal and time consuming.
