Hi guys, I would like to ask all of you. The situation: There are 5 companies having a deal with us this year. Company A,B,C,D,E Company A,B,C had a deal with us last January. Company B,C,D last February. Company A,B,C,D last March and Company B,C,D,E for April. My question is, How can zoho crm detect that Company A has no transaction with us last February and April? Does it have a report/summary where we can detect our client has no transactions with us for these months? Thank you very much!

Excel tabs customization in zoho

Analytics Not Working
Hi all, really impressed so far with the Zoho CRM system, still using free version to see if we can justify going onto the full fat version - more of a case of whether or not we can implement it in our organisation properly rather than whether or not it's worth it! Quick question though - I have pasted the analytics code onto all our web site pages but still do not have any analytics data. Any suggestions? I also have some google analytics code on my web pages, could this be causing a clash? Cheers

It would be very helpful to be able to view all activity history for an account on one screen. Right now it's very difficult to get a good picture of true activity history when emails are being logged on a separate screen. Need shipping cost in invoice
The invoices in Zoho need a spot in the invoice down in the subtotal area for shipping charges. The shipping charges should probably have a toggle that designates shipping charges to be pre-tax, or post-tax. In my case, it is pre-tax. I'd like to send invoices to customers but they are incomplete without shipping. I thought about adding a shipping "item" to inventory and doing it that way, but it's not the best way to do it. I can't use the "adjustment" area, as this looks to be post-tax. Is anybody

can't update stage for potentials
Hello, I've noticed this problem for a few weeks now - seems to be a bug. When I try to edit the stage of a potential (updating the stage in the pipeline) it's supposed to automatically also update the % chance of closing, as well as the value for the potential. Ex: If I say a potential deal is worth $1000 and change the stage one to another with corresponding values of 40% to 60% - it should change not only the % but also the amount in the pipeline from $400 to $600 - but neither of these are happening

Fetching dependent field values
Hi I have created a custom field (picklist) named Priority. I have made this Priority field as dependent to Lead Status. Now I want to fetch values of Lead Status and Priority together. Hi There are a few very VERY old threads on this - but it's such an obvious problem, I'm assuming it's been fixed by now?! Using formula to calculate CURRENT AGE from DOB field. The code supplied by Zoho is Datecomp(Now(),${Contacts.Date of Birth})/(60*24*365) Problem is - it makes people a year older? I've heard it's down to rounding or something, but I don't know any of that - I'm just after getting the correct age for my contacts? Can anybody help please? M

Please tell me how to make the email links in Zoho CRM point to a web-based email client. Right now they always open Outlook. We don't use Outlook and never will. We don't even have an office. We are a virtual company, everyone can work from anywhere, that's why we want to use your web-based applications. So why are you forcing us to use an off-line program to send email from a web-based application? If I'm using a different computer I suddenly loose the ability to email from within the CRM environment.

Task reassignment with lead reassignment
Is it possible to have tasks reassigned along with the Lead or Contact reassignment? For example, if a user has leads assigned to them, but leaves the company, the tasks are still assigned to the original user. In our environment, users can only see their own task. Can we have an option to reassign the task with the lead/account/contact?
Iframe, file upload & Captcha not working.
We have successfully setup Zoho CRM account. But when we tried to create a web to lead from from our account we were not able to use advance tools options (File upload & Captcha) in our web from. Also we didn't see any option for iframe (kindly check attached screenshot) Kindly confirm are we missing any thing as part of initial setup or these feature not available in free version (3 users)? Uploading data as a percentage
Hi In the CRM I have been trying to upload data that is expressed as a % in an Excel worksheet. I create a field in the CRM, using the % format, but when using the upload function it does not import the data. I have had to work around this be importing as an integer. PO from Sales Order
I am a Reseller and would like to be able to create a purchase order from Sales order data, including requesting the distributor to drop ship the products directly to the customer (customer as 'ship to') as I do not want to warehouse the product. I do not see these features currently but I am also new to the product. Can I do these things today, or do you have plans to add these features soon? rjohnson
