Hi everyone, I've been able to get a fair amount of progress done on integrating zoho's OAuth process with an application that I've been developing. This application is displayed in a teleophony extension that I've been developing through Zoho, but I've run in to a bit of a snag To get the refresh_token in the initial oauth tango, I need to get the code with prompt=consent in the URL, which causes the user to need to press an 'accept' button on https://accounts.zoho.com/oauth/v2/auth. Have been playing with Zoho CRM, PhoneBridge and RingCentral for a few months and having ongoing issues. 1. All of a sudden RingCentral will stop dialing when a call is initiated from Zoho CRM. Shutting everything down and starting it back up will allow calls to be dialed, but after 4 or 5 calls it stops. It goes through the motions and shows that a call is being placed, but no call is dialed. 2. No obvious place to hang up an in-progress call from Zoho. We have been trying the Vonage integration for a few weeks now. This is what is offered: Screen Pops: Comes up and stay "Calling agent..." forever. Call Logging: The popup comes up only for outgoing calls and it remains "Calling agent..." forever, so it's failing. For incoming calls there is never popup, still there is a log in the popup integration showing all as Missed and never reach the CRM to be registered. We have a team of 'Pre-Sales' Users who setup Event meetings for the Sales team. We use Office 365 and Outlook Calendar and have installed the CRM / Outlook plug-in to synch the Event meetings. Is it possible to restrict the CRM / Outlook synch to work with CURRENT / FUTURE Events only ? and to ignore the HISTORIC Events ?? Hi.. I just recently found out that emails sent from the CRM to any outlook user can't be tracked until they click the download image option in the mail. Outlook shows a message that says - Click here to download pictures. To help protect your privacy. Outlook prevented automatic download of some pics in the message. I did NOT add any images in my mail. I got to know that Tracking in zoho can only be done through a specific tracking element and this element is in the form a small pixel image. Hi, We are using zoho since one week. We have a major issue : all the click to call boutons are not working. We are using "Skype for Business" (the executable is lync.exe and not skype.exe). And I cannot understand why you are using this protocol in Zoho : "skype:0000000000?call" ?? Why are you NOT using the worldwide used terms "call:000000" or "dial:0000000" ? In Microsoft Outlook, the Zoho CRM plug-in for outlook will work while the application is open. Once it is closed and reopened, however, it gets disabled on the load at startup. This breaks the integration for the user. I have the add-in tagged as 'always enable' but the disconnect keeps happening during the start up behavior. I want to make sure I understand the Zoho-Outlook calendar synching process correctly. The Outlook plug-in settings are shown in the attachment Capture.JPG. My client has installed the Outlook Plugin Version 2010, 2013 & 2016 32-bit with their Z-CRM Plus. A couple of users are complaining that their Outlook is displaying a spinning wheel in the right side (Zoho integration), then eventually freezing their Outlook all together. I am about to cry!!! We just installed the OFFICIAL Zoho Mailchimp Integration, We even used a NEW Mailchimp Account as to avoid conflicts with our current Mailchimp Database, and started from a blank slate. We ran a MailChimp Sync from within Zoho CRM, notice that the ONLY mapped fields available are Email and First Name, so, you can´t even select any other fields...but it decided by itself to UPDATE the Lead Source Field of all those Leads into the text "Mailchimp" as the Source !!!!!!!!!!!!!!Jive Integration
I have telephony integration with Jive. The system worked very well together. However all of a sudden there started being a delay from when a call would come in to when it would actually show up on Zoho so I could log it. I havent found an exact amount of time. It varies. Hi, Using the CRM Lead Magnet plugin with Wordpress and Contact Form 7 to send leads into the CRM. I have four fields: * First Name (required) * Last Name (required) * Company * Email (required) If all fields have data in them, then the form works fine and an entry appears in the CRM. However, If a user chooses to leave the optional 'Company' field blank then no entry is created in the CRM and no errors are shown. It's a bit bizarre. Anyone have a fix or is this a known issue? I have installed the Outlook plugin on my PC, however it either fails to login (no error message that password is incorrect or something, just blank screen where the plug in is) or after it logs in it logs back out after a few minutes. I create a quote in Zoho CRM. The number is created automatically. Then, I clic on the button "Send for Zoho Sign" The name of the document is generated automatically. Unfortunatelly, I always have a difference of 4 in between the numbers. The quote xxxx017 on ZohoCRM become quote xxxx013 in Zoho sign. I tried to delete everything, desinstall, reinstall. We have only one PBX group with six internal phones. Protocol are Asterisk 1.4. Each user have only one internal phone number. But one user (owner of PhoneBridge key) while calling from Contacts had a popup with choose of two phone numbers. And with one of them he can call. Sorry if my title is unclear, but I noticed a strange disconnect in the way Zoho CRM integrates with Office 365 that could be changed to make things much more easier to setup. Currently, we have Office 365 integration for Calendar and Contacts in the Marketplace > Microsoft area of our settings. Additionally, we can connect our Office 365 Email in the Channels > Email section of our settings.
