Hi, I currently use zoho crm and make alot of sales calls. I like to use the activity logger so i know when i have called a potential customer. I have recently added a TX message fuction to my list of contact methods via skype and have been logging TX's sent via the same method as calls. I am new to zoho and I have two questions. (1) Leads: we have two sets of leads, one set hotter than the other, is there a way to let the hotter leads stand out? Task Reminder - When Date & Time Pick List
