Tasks missing from summary page
Some of the tasks are missing from the summary page. Strangely, all the tasks that are missing from the summary page carry a '+Follow' link on the top right. Am I missing something?
How do i create a " case " report to include the last "note"
Hi I want to create a report of "cases" and want to include the last note on the system. How do i do this? I can add all notes but not the last note. Paul
Activities showing as 'Undefined'
Hi, Zoho has worked fine and has been great but over 3 days ago the activities are not showing on the Account view page. It says Undefined and then it says Loading.. Please help. Kind Regards Jason
Add fields in products and showing total in potential

When clicking on an Open Activity from the Potentials page, I get an error -- Cases is not available in your edition.
I'm not trying to create a support case. I'm only trying to create follow up tasks such as, Call John on Tuesday afternoon, and then mark those tasks as complete once they are completed. However, every time I click on an open task I am taken to a page saying that Cases are not available with my edition. Please help! Thanks

Add Custom "Notes" Field?
Hello, What we want to do is create a custom "notes" field to capture "Value Added Services" discussed with the account. While it sounds simple, we want to have the date automatically assigned along with the text that describes the value added discussion. Zoho has been having problems since yesterday. Yesterday it kept bringing me to a page saying it was repairing itself. Now it is not uploading all the information and not allowing me to do 'log a call' - it isn't even visible. I have logged in and out and it's not resolving. This needs resolving now...

Adding sales to an account
Hello, I used to used Zoho every day a few years ago, and now I'm returning to it I'm a bit rusty with my skills! I remember that I used to create an account for a customer, then when that customer bought something I would add a sales order to their account. I can't seem to find an option to add a sales order to an account. Is it because I currently have a free account? I can upgrade to a paid account if necessary. Thanks!

Account Page does not load properly
When I go into the main account page, the page stops after the notes. All of my contacts, tasks, quotes and invoices are not loading.

I am using Zoho CRM Enterprise with Imap.. I replied to a mail from Zoho CRM. I don't see the mail I sent in the list of emails. I don't know if it has been sent either, Also, since I am using Imap, I am also expecting my mail to be copied to the Sent folder on my Imap Server. But that is not happening either.

Filenames of Exported Reports do not match Report Name
I have a request that would be very easy to implement and save me (and likely others) a lot of heartache. When I export a Custom Report to a file, excel for instance, the filename is a seemingly random numeric filename and doesn't resemble the name of my report at all. For instance, my custom report called "Test Report" would be exported as "1477983237822.xls" which means nothing to me. Okay, if we have web forms that are generating leads into the CRM, I've noticed that it will create duplicates, even if the information entered (name, email address, phone, company, title, etc.) are all identical. New User Invitation
I set up 4 new users. I'm using Zoho with my google apps for business account and I am the administrator for both. I set up new users in google apps and then in Zoho. I logged into the new users email and accepted the invitation. 2 of them worked perfectly, the other two have been a nightmare! Trouble Adding a User
I am trying to add a user to ZohoCRM and have received the following error message... Sorry, the user can't be reinvited again, as he/she is already an user in a CrmPlus account. This particular user is a former employee so they once had a ZohoCRM account that was deleted when we Suspended their Google Apps account. ZOHO CRM reports not working
When I click the reports tab all the reports show up. However, when I click on specific report, it just says "Loading" and it never loads. Please Advise. Thank you.
CRM Report Not Running / Cannot Customize Either!
A custom report that I run weekly (without problem) will not open this morning. Cannot edit or customize it. No error message -- it just flashes "Loading" for a fraction of a second, then nothing happens. I'm happy to rebuild the report if necessary. Is there any other fix?
