How to create a field in contacts with the number of completed tasks
Hi I am having problems to cover one requirement: - I would like to send a mail once a contacts has multiple by 5 completed Tasks. I see the way to send a mail once every Task is completed, but I need multiple by 5. - I also need a field in Contacts entity to saw the number of completed tasks of this contact. If I could implement this field, it was easier to send the mail each 5 completed activities. I tried with a formula field but this only allow to choose fields of the same Contact entity. Could

So each of our contacts that we have imported originally had a contact tag ID to separate them into a segment group in mailchimp. Is there no way to add a tag ID in zoho to my contacts that will sync with mailchimp to go into the correct segment group? I hope this makes sense. Thanks in advance for your help!

Save & New not functioning as expected
I go into an Account and I want to add several Contacts to it. Under the Contacts section I click New and it brings up the add Contact form with the Account pre-populated with the Account I was just on. I enter the Contact and then click Save & New but the add Contact form that comes up no longer has the Account name filled in. I would have hoped that it would keep the Account filled in so you don't have to keep picking the Account each time you want to add another Contact to it?

Hi. I was recently looking at the free Community Edition of SugarCRM, and they have a great feature that is called a Social Connector. Basically it checks your contacts to see if they have LinkedIN accounts, and give you an icon to hover over to view their info. I'm sure the same could apply to Twitter and Facebook. Partner applications
Hi, I am interested in what others have to say about the meaning of the approved/recognised partner status used for other cloud integrations. We use onesaas to integrate with Xero and Bigcommerce. Others are planned depending on the attitude of Zoho I guess . We have also written some custom integrations to keep out legacy systems in sync during cutover phase. Our problem is that the way onesaas synchronises with Zoho each hour it uses all our credits up before the first hour of each daily is complete.

How to create sub categories for items in the products section.
I work for an upholstery company and I am currently adding in our products into the products screen. However I would like to be able to click on products and then be able to click on a category such as sofas and then see all the types of sofas. Is this possible?
Ability to search all reports from Reports tab
I have many folders of reports. Currently I need to maximize all folders to CTRL-F the page for a report which is time consuming and not user-friendly. Can there just be a simple search box on the reports page that searches the title and description of the report?

Good day everybody, I was wondering if, after a scheduled meeting it is possible to write a descent visit report. This report summaries the topics discussed during the meeting. Hello everybody, I would like to issue a visit report, after we have visited a (potential) client. This report needs to be sent via email to the people concerning it within our company. Contact Notes sort oder
Is there anyway to sort, re-order, contact notes? It appears that the "natural" sort is oldest first and continues on down to the latest note. If you keep a lot of notes on a contact, you have to do a whole lot of down scrolling in order to see the latest note. Is there a way to reverse the order and have the most recent note show at the top of the list? Alternatively, is there a way to title the note by date and have the sort order or natural presentation done by title/date newest to oldest?

Lower user levels can't see superior level changes

Question: I would like to view a simple report that shows our percentage of won vs. lost potentials. No data sharing since my trial finished
Hi, HELP! I am using the Free edition CRM since my trial period expired. I am (as an administrator) trying to share data (accounts, leads, contacts etc) that I have created, and I am owner of, with another user I have created, but he cannot see any records. The Data Sharing Settings on the Setup page is greyed out (as this is a Paid Edition only function) so I cant check to see if sharing is switched off. How can I fix this?
