I have app loaded on an IPhone 6 . Im trying to add a contact name to my account but it only allows me to type a few letters in the contact name under the task section.
Saving as PDF and then printing results in blank pages

Best way to use Zoho CRM for a small businnes
We are a small glazing company and want to use Zoho CRM to track our leads and sales cycle but don't really know where to start and what the best workflow through the CRM would be. Our business is 70% B2C with the rest B2B. Here is what I understand so far. We receive a lead which we enter into the Leads module. We work the lead until they book an estimate at which point we convert the lead to a potential. What do we enter for the potential name? Is it typically the customer name or is it better

Zoho mail not recording emails to contacts
My ZOHO mail is not recording email under the contacts in the CRM. I have the email settings as shared and at one time they were working. Also I have added a user with the mail add on and they are not appearing as an add on user in my administrator screen. Best, Chris
Mass update of email addresses
When an account changes its domain, is there a way to mass update the @domain portion of the email address for the contacts?
Attempting to change fiscal year - do not see "View Settings" on Forecast tab.
I am logged in as a super admin, not sure if I'm looking in the wrong place or not. I attempted it first via customization of our company information, but that was grayed out - so I followed instructions to use the forecasts tab -> view settings. I do not see "View Settings" on the page however.

I am trying to use the exported csv-file. The data is seperated with "comma". When i convert the data in excel, the data is not converted correctly. my question: how can i change the delimiter? TAB woulf be perfect. ZOHO does not consider that germans "love" and "need" commas...

I want to reconstruct the history for the sales cycle , but the date of creation of the potential can not be modified. Also in many cases several of my employees , create potential and not up on time, or some times something is missing, when recovering also like to change the creation date to obtain the most successful sales cycle .
No info showing in Company section of CRM View for Activities
In the CRM View for Activities (the one that shows Customers, Open Potential, Leas/Contacts, Others in the one screen) - how do i get an Account to show in the Customers section? have tried various things, and can't get any Account info to show in there - also is it possible to customise this? e.g., get rid of the Others tab and perhaps add my own custom tab showing info from another entity Regards, David
Duplicating Account
We have two companies and have Zoho CRM up and running for one. We want to use Zoho CRM for our newer second company. Is there a way duplicate the accounts and contact to a second Zoho CRM company. The two companies have the roughly the same accounts, but all the notes, attachments, events etc would make it very messy to just add a few new user accounts to the exist company. Thanks in advance.
Moving Leads from one list to another
Need some help in moving leads from one list to another. I have a few different lists of leads and when I enter a new lead it always goes into the All Open Leads list. There does not seem to be a obvious way to enter new leads directly into a specific lead list or move it from the All Open Leads list to another. Can you help? How can I restrict user's events so they can only see their own? Right now my sales reps can use the mobile app to see all events, including ALL sales rep's events, and even my private calendar, which is set up for 2-way sync with Google Calendar.

Trying to create a report where the contact by type and by county (custom field) shows company (account),name, phone and email address. Entering notes using key strokes
Hi there, Seems the format for entering notes has changed. Is it no longer possible to enter a note and save it without having to use the mouse to click save? It's much quicker to use just the keyboard. On the previous version, after typing my notes, I could hit tab-enter, and that would save the entry. How can I save my entry now, using key strokes and not a mouse? Thank you.

Have user data included in auto response form?
Is there any way to include / pull the data the user entered on our website into the auto-response email? While it is great to get the email alert that a new lead has been generated, it would be even better if we had the lead information in the email itself to match up the email alert to the lead within CRM.

Expected behavior: On Related Lists, the right navigation arrow should darken when there are more than 10 records in the Related List, and when you click the arrow, the next group should appear. Actual behavior: On Related Lists, the right navigation arrow goes dark when there are exactly 10 records, and if you click the arrow, they ALL disappear, including the arrow, and you have to refresh the page to see them again. integrating gmail- receiving zoho emails at my gmail account
Hello everyone I am using the free service at zoho, I would like to receive all emails that sent to my zoho account at my gmail account. However for some reasons I can't manage to do it. Suggestion: Task Reminder Display
Hi I would like to suggest that you have the reminder date field visible upon accounts/potential/contacts and wherever else the tasks shows up as it is not there. I am not interested in the Due date and has no function that my company requires.

Hi there, Is there a way to track notes? In other words, I'd like to pull a report of all the records that have had notes added to them on a particular day (e.g. today, yesterday, etc.). This will help me to know how many people I have contacted over a given day or other time period. Thank you.

IMAP not working
I just signed up for Zoho CRM after checking in my trial account that email integration works with my IMAP mail account. I got it working successfully for myself and 2 colleagues. I then went ahead and paid for accounts for 5 people. As soon as our accounts were converted to paid accounts, IMAP stopped working and is no longer available as an option - only POP3. Our mail service does not support POP3 so this is not an option. Our accounts are Professional. No response from support to my ticket, and
Workflow Rule and Alert for expiring contract
I need to define a rule that allows me to set an alert notifying concerned parties within our company that a contract expiration is approaching in 90 days and they need to renew the service agreement. Currently, I don't see a way to do this. I have created a Contract End Date field within each account. So, the rule needs to be something like Contract End Date = Today+90days. Alert is: IF (Contract End Date = Today+90days), SEND ALERT NOTIFICATION EMAIL. Please advise. Thanks.
