How to remove/delete Competitor Field in Potentials?
Hello, anyone know how to remove/delete the "Competitor" field/section in Potentials? I can't seem to find it under Customization/Fields/Potentials... ?

Hi, Playing around with the Feeds section. Is it possible to setup a group / rule to ONLY follow certain users. I find that my own record updates get in the way... i.e. I know what I've updated but I want to see what other users have updated. Thanks, Kevin

We are cleaning up our pipeline workflow and we have sales people that have changed the stage of a potential a few days AFTER it actually happens. This is not recommended, but humans are humans and the date upon which the potential is changed is not always done the same day that the potential Actually happens. Potentials without active task
Hey, As a manager I want to look-up the potentials without active task, to make sure these potentials arent forgotten by my teammembers after they complete a task and don't add a new one. I've been trying several reports (potentials / activity modules) with different filters but my test potential (2 completed tasks, without an active non-completed task) doesnt show up. Even more, if I set the filter: 'task status' is not 'not started', it shows me potentials with tasks with status not started...

Lookup Field Question
Hi, I am pretty new to Zoho. I created the custom module for venues. That works correctly. Where my issue and question lies, is how do I set it up that when someone chooses the venue from the lookup field that the venue address, city, state, zip code, and phone number populate as well based on the record they choose in the lookup field. Date field in Purchase Orders module not populating
Since the major update to Zoho a few weeks ago, the Date field (${PurchaseOrders.PO Date}) in the Purchase Order module is not populating in the print preview mode or in the default PO template (or the custom one I created either). Records that were created before the Zoho update work fine - only new records created after the upgrade aren't working.
add paid Zoho Mail to the CRM Plus first page
Hi, I have CRM Plus and now I have also subscribed to Zoho Mail Standard 10GB edition. Is there a way I could add the Zoho Mail to the first page of CRM Plus. The page with the 8 icons of CRM, Support, Campaigns, Survey etc. I know that I can access Mail by clicking on the Zoho Apps icon in the upper left corner. But it would be nice to have the Mail icon also on this page as one of the shown icons. Thanks, marc

Hello, Just wondering if there is such a thing, that if we send an email, and it is not being delivered, because it is not active or have the wrong email, is there a way for us to know that the message was not delivered....? Email Print not working
The Print email function no longer prints now that I am using Surface Pro 3, Win 8.1 Pro and IE 11.0.96. When the print icon is selected, a new tab is opened but only the message header field names are displayed for printing. Other print functions such as Print Preview in Leads are working fine. Is there a solution or work around?

Prospects Module not available
Hello I recently was discussing with a friend who also uses Zoho CRm and he tols me about using the module Prospects. common layout across multiple company users
i have made changes to leads, accounts, contacts as per my preference i.e. new field and modules added and some deleted. I also have added my users and given them access (standard/admin)...now here's my Q: is it possible that the changes i have made are applied automatically for other users from my company who are not under my "users" group? so i don't want them to go back to "setup" and arrange all leads, contacts etc from start..if they click on "create new lead" the layout that i have finalised

Mouse scrolling doesn't work in Zoho CRM Sales Quotes
With the new changes, somewhere along the line, the mouse scrolling has stopped working on CRM Sales Quotes. Very inefficient now, having to page up/down or mouse click scroll bar. Please help.
CRM - Build a report to count number of contacts within an account
I'm trying to build a report that would show me only those accounts that have 10 or more contacts. I don't see where I can count the number of contacts within an account and then sort by a minimum number of contacts. Any ideas? Thanks
