Exporting Specific Accounts
Hello I would like to know what will be the mechanism to export specific data from a specific field. Say I have my accounts organized by countries and I would like to export only these accounts, how should I proceed? The reason I want to do this is to import a list in Mailchimp. Mass export of leads
So I have more than 3000 Leads, I want to send them all a newsletter but I can't export them to use them in my mass mail system. It seems my only option is to use the 250 emails a day which is a joke

save form details in Web Forms is not saving
I have made some changes in my webform from left align to top align. I went to save the webform on the Form Details page and it did not get me to the point where i could save the form and embed the code into my webpage. So I backed out and tried the embed options. It gave me the script I needed. I posted the script to my site and it still came out align to the right. I then tried to create another one and again the same thing happened. I mistakenly imported my leads into contacts. Can I move them to leads within Zoho?
Restricting export to emails (or specific fields)
Typically, if a company needs the Sales people to access their customers database while they do not want them to be able to export their customer data, the company still want them to be able to export emails so as to, for instance, generate mailings via an external marketing tool, a very basic operation for any sales person. create a ticket from an e-mail in Zoho CRM
Hi, I use Zoho Support for all customer requests sent to a specific e-mail address. However, some customers send requests also to the main e-mail address, which ends up in the inbox of Zoho Mail. (I have CRM Plus). Is there a way I could create a ticket out of this e-mail? If yes, how? thanks, marc
Fields not appearing
All of a sudden I can't view all of my fields in Leads, Contacts, Campaigns. The Open, Closed Activities and E-mail history fields are not appearing. Help!
Reminder not on saturday and / or sunday
When add a date for a reminder in task etc.. sometimes you do not want to receive an email on saturday and / or sunday as you will not be able to word on it... Would it be possible to get this option ?

I've tried bringing this data in several ways and CANNOT get it to work. What am I missing? I need these tasks to be assigned to users, associated with existing contacts, and related to existing accounts.
Emails sent from Gmail are appearing in Zoho Inbox
Hi there. Whenever I send an email from my Google Apps account, it appears in Zoho in the Inbox. It's extremely frustrating having to manually drag and drop emails into the "Sent" folder. Is there a way around this? Regards, Rody

Hi, I have Zoho CRM Plus with mail integration. I just would like to know WHAT are the differences between the Mail integrated in CRM Plus and the Zoho Mail (standalone). As far as I know, the integrated mail in CRM is just the free mail, so several options are missing. Right?! Is this true also for the CRM Plus version? Thanks, marc

Hello, i want to use the bcc dropbox feature, but I do not see the email module in ‚contacts’. I’ve only ‚notes’ , ‚e-mail campaigns’ and ‚social interactions’ as modules visible in my ‚contacts’. How can I add ‚emails’ ? Thanks.

Best way to use leads
How are others using Leads? I have all of my leads imported and would like to track when I send mailers, which campaign I am using, next time I need to follow up, etc. These are all companies that have not shown interest in our service yet, so I hestitate to call them a Potential yet. But it seems I have no way to mass update, and any custom fields I add are not available for filtering in reports or exports. How should I be using leads? How do others handle what I want to do?

Little problem with the workflow ?
Hi. I'm wondering to know if Zoho has, sometime, some problem with workflow functions. Let me explain. I have a form from Gravity forms. When someone put his informations on it, it create a contact on zoho and, then, zoho send informations to quickbooks. It was working very well, but today, forms create new contact on Zoho but zoho send nothing to quickbook. To do it, I have to duplicate the contact. Potential details disappeared
Hi all, I logged in to Zoho CRM today to find that all details of my Potentials - Stage, Description, etc. - had disappeared. Has anyone else experienced this? I successfully ran a report, so I imagine the data is still there somewhere, and just not displaying. Any ideas? Thanks.

custom fields and calc fields
We created an auto-generated field for Account Number, it won't auto polulate when converting from quote to invoice, for example. We have to do a look-up on the account name and then manually enter it every time. Is there any way that we can make that auto populate? Also, using the copy address function from billing to shipping for example, none of our custom fields are picked up. We had to add a field for second address line as well as contact phone and email fields for both billing and shipping

Custom field not appearing in quotes/invoices
Hi I created custom billing and shipping fields (Billing Street 2, Shipping Street 2) in Accounts, Contacts (Mailing Street 2), Quotes and Invoices modules. It appears that the custom "Shipping Street 2" in the Contacts module is not transferring/appearing on quotes. When creating a quote where is the address being gleaned from, the Accounts Module or the Contacts Module? Thanks for your help!

When trying to determine how many/which emails have been sent by either myself or a mass email program (CRM, I guess), why does Zoho delineate between the two? I would much rather be able to see, and report, on every email I send to monitor success and sales efforts. Any help for the new guy?
