Email dosent sent
Hi, I can sent any messages from the contact or lead in the quick sent mail. We have the standard version. I know that with the standard version i couldn't have the add on email, but I supposed to be able to sent mails. Thank you.
Date field in Purchase Orders module not populating
Since the major update to Zoho a few weeks ago, the Date field (${PurchaseOrders.PO Date}) in the Purchase Order module is not populating in the print preview mode or in the default PO template (or the custom one I created either). Records that were created before the Zoho update work fine - only new records created after the upgrade aren't working.
add paid Zoho Mail to the CRM Plus first page
Hi, I have CRM Plus and now I have also subscribed to Zoho Mail Standard 10GB edition. Is there a way I could add the Zoho Mail to the first page of CRM Plus. The page with the 8 icons of CRM, Support, Campaigns, Survey etc. I know that I can access Mail by clicking on the Zoho Apps icon in the upper left corner. But it would be nice to have the Mail icon also on this page as one of the shown icons. Thanks, marc
Wrong contact email rejected message
Hello, Just wondering if there is such a thing, that if we send an email, and it is not being delivered, because it is not active or have the wrong email, is there a way for us to know that the message was not delivered....? Like a message that we would get if it was sent thru outlook. Waiting to hear from you! G

Email Print not working
The Print email function no longer prints now that I am using Surface Pro 3, Win 8.1 Pro and IE 11.0.96. When the print icon is selected, a new tab is opened but only the message header field names are displayed for printing. Other print functions such as Print Preview in Leads are working fine. Is there a solution or work around?
Attaching a pdf export to email alert
I have set up email alerts for when sales are entered but people have to log in and export the details of the sale to pdf - can this be attached to the email alert?
Prospects Module not available
Hello I recently was discussing with a friend who also uses Zoho CRm and he tols me about using the module Prospects. As far as I can see he is on the same plan as my organisation (Professional) and I'm not sseing this module, which I reaaly could use. I'm an administrator for our organisation so that shouldn't be the problem. I also have taken a, free, testing account and there I have access to this module. Can anyone help me? common layout across multiple company users
i have made changes to leads, accounts, contacts as per my preference i.e. new field and modules added and some deleted. I also have added my users and given them access (standard/admin)...now here's my Q: is it possible that the changes i have made are applied automatically for other users from my company who are not under my "users" group? so i don't want them to go back to "setup" and arrange all leads, contacts etc from start..if they click on "create new lead" the layout that i have finalised
Sending reminders to contacts for Tasks
Hi there - I have situations where-in I would like to invite my customers to Tasks, and also send reminders for unfinished Tasks. However, I find that I can only include 'Users' within the CRM system to tasks. Is there anyway I can send emails to my Customers about these tasks? Siddharth.

Mouse scrolling doesn't work in Zoho CRM Sales Quotes
With the new changes, somewhere along the line, the mouse scrolling has stopped working on CRM Sales Quotes. Very inefficient now, having to page up/down or mouse click scroll bar. Please help.
CRM - Build a report to count number of contacts within an account
I'm trying to build a report that would show me only those accounts that have 10 or more contacts. I don't see where I can count the number of contacts within an account and then sort by a minimum number of contacts. Any ideas? Thanks

Hello, The ability to use the back button to return to a previously viewed page would be a HUGE improvement. Having to go through numerous screens to get back to where you were is such a bottleneck. Any plans for this? nbeck09

So I have more than 3000 Leads, I want to send them all a newsletter but I can't export them to use them in my mass mail system. It seems my only option is to use the 250 emails a day which is a joke

save form details in Web Forms is not saving
I have made some changes in my webform from left align to top align. I went to save the webform on the Form Details page and it did not get me to the point where i could save the form and embed the code into my webpage. So I backed out and tried the embed options. It gave me the script I needed. I posted the script to my site and it still came out align to the right. I then tried to create another one and again the same thing happened. Restricting export to emails (or specific fields)
Typically, if a company needs the Sales people to access their customers database while they do not want them to be able to export their customer data, the company still want them to be able to export emails so as to, for instance, generate mailings via an external marketing tool, a very basic operation for any sales person. Using lead status properly and issues with leads
It is our experience that when dealing with leads status should not be used as a means to determine "what is the next step". Effectively status should be used to assist in determining progress much likes stages with potentials. Solution: Sales personnel should instead of status use tasks to create workflow and determine future actionable items per lead. Reminder not on saturday and / or sunday
When add a date for a reminder in task etc.. sometimes you do not want to receive an email on saturday and / or sunday as you will not be able to word on it... Would it be possible to get this option ?
Migrate Tasks with Assigned/User Related/Account & Contact/Contact
I've tried bringing this data in several ways and CANNOT get it to work. What am I missing? I need these tasks to be assigned to users, associated with existing contacts, and related to existing accounts.
