Exporting Reports
For some reason I can no longer get any reports to export to Excel. Is there a problem with the system or perhaps I changed a field somehow?
Global search function less reliable
We are finding the global search function less and less reliable. This is a big problem when it comes to preventing data duplication. It's also a big frustration to users. We use ZohoCRM ourselves so that we experience what our clients do. I've done several searches for contacts that do not show up in any of the search results, but are in the database. I can get to them through the account. What's even more disturbing is that I'm the contact owner.
Triggering a follow up email to a lead after a reply is received to the first email
Hi My scenario: Lead comes in via webform Lead sent email 1 asking them to reply in order to verify their details. Upon receipt of the reply to email 1, email 2 is then sent advising that provisioning is under way My question: How can I best achieve this in Zoho CRM? I would like to trigger email 2 based on the reply to email 1 being received but I saw a recent post indicating that the functionality doesn't exist. What is your recommended method for achieving my outcome?
Call Status or Call Result
Hi, I need to display, ON THE DESKTOP CUSTOMER VIEW CLOSED ACTIVITIES SECTION (see attachment), last call(s) Result (or Status?) in terms of "Busy line", "Call again within...", "No answer", She/he'll call you back". Is it possible? Same question as far as integration with the Zoho CRM MOBILE APP: on the Log-this-call popup view, after a call ends on my mobile, there seems to be no field allowing to log such an information to then appear on the Closed Activities Section where the Call is logged
Task list
Once a task is completed is there a way to shade or grey it so it remain on your list but becomes less noticeable. Aside from date and priority is there a way to manual organize your task list?

Custom company logo best height is 37px
To reach the same height as the the default Zoho CRM logo, not higher as it takes too much vertical space, we use 37px.
Where to Store Lost Leads
When a lead for our company is lost, we mark is as so. However, we would like a totally separate place to file these lost leads (and not necessarily the leads tab) so we don't contact them again. Any suggestions? Thanks!

i need multi-line addresses for accounts, contacts
90% of my accounts and contacts have two or three line s for the street address. i know i can add a text area field to the account and contact forms but these fields won't show up when i make an invoice or quote with this account. is there a way to link this field to the account just like the pre-existing address fields are linked? i am still in my early stage of set up with zoho. this issue would be a dealbreaker for me,

Products not visible unless Administrator
Hello, I've imported products into Zoho CRM (I am an administrator). When someone who is not an administrator clicks on the Product Tab they just get the Import or Create new products. The profile has every box checked for Products. I even created the profile from Administrator but it still won't work. Any ideas? Thanks, Tony

Best way to add a contact from a mobile device?
I'm trying to figure out which app to use to scan a business card to create a contact, along with some notes about the meeting, and possibly a follow-up task. It seems that Zoho has created two separate apps, a leads app that allows for notes and tasks...but you can only create a person as a lead not as a contact. We tend to track business communication by the companies we do business with, not by individual contacts at the business (who may leave the company or change positions frequently). Allocating leads to Telemarketing buy retaining Lead owner
Hello I have assigned a number of leads to a telemarketing campaign. The only way I can have my telesales person see the leads is for me to make the the Lead Owner. Unfortunately however, the Real lead owner then no longer has visibility. Is there some way I can retain the original lead owner whilst at the same time assign the lead to the telesales person who is running the campaign? Many thanks

Hi, I am having trouble using mail merge template. On sending mails to contacts using mail merge template, the layout of the page is not right. The content that I put in the template shows up on the extreme right side when the contact opens their mail. I am attaching the screenshot of the same. We have been encountering an issue suddenly today with most of our users with the Log a Call feature (within a contact). It has been working fine up until today. Users are logging calls by going into the Contact and clicking the Add a new call option.

Zoho CRM App Login Issues
Hello, When I open the Zoho CRM app, everything seems to work fine. However, when I log in, it gives me an error that states "Error while authenticating.(SERVER_ERROR)". While I would just assume that I entered the wrong PW, when I enter the wrong PW, it tells me that I entered the wrong password and doesn't give me the server error message. I have uninstalled and reinstalled a few times. Any suggestions?

Hello experts, I have checked for any existing topic related to this so I am writing this again? If this has been discussed before, please point me to it. I am using Zoho CRM. As a user, my email and login is my company's email. (let's say it is called user@dvsum.com) What I am trying to do is send emails to my contacts in CRM. So when I click send mail from the contacts page, it opens up the dialog box and it populates with the contact email and correctly populates the "from" and "reply-to" address

I am using a form in our website that adds a contact to Zoho CRM. Everything is working fine except that only the record owner receives an email with the contact information, not the email address I put in the Reply To field.
Galaxy III does no find contacts " near me"

Data Sharing of Certain Records

Is there a way we can share only certain types of leads from a lead owner to a group, without having to share ALL of the leads of the lead owner?
