Tasks Disabled
Hi I am new to Zoho CRM and I am trying to view my Home Page. Under the Tasks section I'm am getting a message stating You do not have permission to view this component as corresponding module has been disabled in your profile settings (or) in Organize Tabs But I can't figure out out to fix this and I am the administrator. The instructions I found in this forum are very old and don't match anything I currently see in the customization area. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

Clarification for campaigns in ZOHO CRM

How can I bulk edit my accounts data - 20000 accounts
I need to be able to see all of my accounts in an spreadsheet view - then edit row by row a custom field. I have the Advanced Reporting access where I can see all of my Accounts data but cannot edit/save directly via Zoho Advanced Reports. What would be the the easiest way to do this bulk uploading?
Every "Log a Call" is now missing!!
Has anyone had calls they logged using "Log a Call" missing? I am able to pull it up via backup feature, so they still exist, but I cannot find them using CRM system.

More accurate mapping of leads / contacts
Hi, Often the addresses are not good enough for google maps to find out the exact location. Can I add geo-coordinates along with street address for leads / contacts / accounts, and have a more accurate data of location? In that case, can I also get locate on map tool to just search the geo-coordinates, and have the street address as the title of the point? Thanks!
Lead website addresses
Help.... When I edit a lead, it makes me delete the lead's website address. It won't let me save until I delete the website from the lead information. Thanks!
Audit Log: Why are contacts not hyperlinked in for email communications like the rest?
In the Audit Log, all types of correspondence (notes, events, potentials, etc.) contain hyperlinked contacts or records except email communications - the most common event (for us). For email communications, rather than simply clicking the contact/record to read about it, we have to copy/paste the name into the search box, which is tiresome. Can you please fix this?

Lead Ownership
We are attempting to set leads as Private so that sales rep A cannot see the leads assigned to other reps. We followed these instructions and set leads as Private. This appeared to be working, but after a few days we tested it by logging in as Rep A and in their lead view of All Open Leads, it still lists leads assigned to other reps. Please help! What are we not setting correctly?

I am trying to edit my quote template and have found that altering the area of content boxes to be impossible and many other editing functions are not effective. I have since used Word to edit the form and then tried to paste and save a revised copy however I constantly receive the error message "Only 32000 characters are allowed in your email content." Has any one experienced this? Can anyone recomend another way of editing the quote and invoice templates effectively?

Adding columns to Leads or Contacts view
Hi apologies if this has been answered elsewhere...afraid I can't find it. When I click on Contacts tab I can see Name, Phone and Email. I'd like to add Account and Title but can't see how to do it under Setup. Help much appreciated Nigel db
Working with Time Zones
Is there a way to sort leads to work in time zones? And, when working with times. When I assign a lead a task, lets say to call them back in one hour - It only gives me the option of that day, not time specific within that day. Is there a work-around for this? Thanks
Ideas for importing ecommerce sales into ZOHO
I am currently running ZOHO CRM, Quickbooks Enterprise 11 and MIVA Merchant. I would like to import some sales data into ZOHO CRM when an "account" in ZOHO makes a purchase. Thoughts and ideas: - Can i import a CSV file of data to create Sales Orders in Zoho accounts? - Can i API integrate info into the Sales Orders? So as new orders are created in QB or MIVA it will create new Sales Orders under the account? - Is there any way to import data or integrate QB Ent 11? As far as I see zoho only integrates
Sorting by Owner - STILL A PROBLEM
We have two people in the business with the same surname. When we try to sort our Contacts, Potentials or Accounts according to Owner, the ones relating to the guys with the same surname are all mixed up together. It looks to me like it's sorting on Owner surname alone and therefore doesn't segregate also by Owner first name. NOTE: Changing the names to display by Lastname/Firstname does not resolve the problem. Please advise.
Activity History not Loading

Having trouble adding new user - can't assign role
Help! I am paying for three users. I deactivated one of the three users and I'm trying to add a new user, but it will not allow me to assign a role to the new user so I can't save and set up the new user. Do I have to pay for inactive users?

Customize "Activities" in Zoho CRM
Hi, I would like to know if I can customize the activities listing in Zoho CRM. Currently the columns that I can view are - Subject - Activity type - From - Due Date - Status - Priority What would be really helpful for me is to see the contact info of "Whom to deal with". All my activity history has disappeared from the accounts
Having added activity history to accounts, it has disappeared from the landing page of accounts. I can still find it activity history.
List of URLs in a textarea or other CRM account structure?
Hi. Is there any way to tag a link in a textarea to display as a URL? Would like to maintain a list of related URLs for each account, which can vary in number, and have them all display. Account Details Page - can I hide/show fields for the Potentials section?
Hi! I have a problem with the Potentials section not wrapping to the end of the browser window on the Account Details page. I'm using Safari browser. It looks as though all fields are included in the Potentials section (again from Account Details page view) that causes the page to extend and not wrap to the end of the browser window. Is there a way to filter out Potentials that do not have tasks
I.E. - every potential account (and lead in my use of Zoho) should have an activity assigned to it. I would like to view all potentials/leads that do not have an activity assigned to the account. Make sense? Right now I have to enter into each potential/lead to find out if an activity is scheduled.

For approx one week, every time a new lead is entered and workflow tasks are populated, they are duplicating up to 5 times per task per lead. Is this a problem in the workflow or the software?

Lead Count Discrepancy
Hi all, I have recently come across an issue with my lead count and was wondering if anyone could help me out to resolve it? Last week our 'active leads' state there are 16 leads in processing, New leads taken in for the week 1, leads converted to lost 3 therefore we should have 14 but Zoho tells me there is 13. I know there is little discrepancy but on a management report perspective each week I could do with getting this clarified asap. Does anyone know how to resolve it or is there no resolution?
