"Owner" when creating a new Potential
We have a few consultants that we do not want to have access to our Zoho database but do write proposals on occasion. We want to have them listed as the Potential "owner" but are only able to choose from active users. Is there a way around this?

Custom Links not working as expected
I have added Custom Links to Leads and Accounts, It uses a custom (Number) field uid, Only that the number in the link has "," i.e id uid is 1500 the number passed to link is 1,500 and thus the resultant link is broken.

Campaign member status not showing in reports
I have created a report for campaigns and included member status, but the field is showing blank for all members. A couple of screenshots. Sorry, they are on Spanish, but it's easy to see. The first screenshot is from the lead related list in a campaign, and shows a row of that list. You see that "Estado de los miembros", that is, member status, has a value. Dynamic values
Hi, I'm trying prepare a user friendly process for creating the tasks and calls for specific set of Accounts or Contacts, but the customization possibilities are limiting. - When I create tasks for the Accounts the Subject of the task is simple text.. - In the Workflow you can not set it dynamically either. - I can customize the Task list yes but can I customize All Tasks view (picture) because this view isn't giving any information. (no Related To , no Time) which is a crucial information

Import list won't rollback
One of the lists in my Import History won't rollback: GOOD-Q2-CMO CSO-Target.csv I click on it, click rollback, it says 'in process' but when I refresh it goes back to its existing status.

I imported my accounts and contacts from CSV files. When I go into the accounts and to the contacts, it shows no contacts, but when I go to a contact and select the account and then contacts for that account they appear. What am I missing?
Remove user who has left company
Hi there- I've got only 2 active users in Zoho CRM - myself and another user. The second user is showing up as a CEO/administrator, but I'm unable to select him to remove him (there's no checkbox next to his name so that I can select him and delete him). He has left the company so I have no access to his old account. How can I override this and delete him? I want to restart my subscription, but I only want to pay for one seat right now, not two. Tracking inactivity with a report
We have defined "leads" not very strict, which means that leads could be "not yet contacted" or "contacted" but not yet a prospect or "lost". Now I want to create a report where I can track the "leads" where no action (call or mail) has been taken so far and where action has been taken. Can someone give me a solution to create a report where I can make a list of "inactive" leads? Thanks in advance.

Leads Lead are the individuals or representatives of organizations who show interest in your products or services. Won't Create Contact Categories!!!

Maximum limit for individual field types
If we upgrade to the Enterprise Edition (basically to get the 5 custom modules) will the maximum limit of individual field types still pertain to these custom modules? If yes, maybe it makes more sense to use Zoho Creator and if that is the case is it possible to run reports in CRM with data from Creator? Thanks!

In Europe according to the type of client, sales tax is not always due. Would it be possible at the customer level to tell what type of tax is to be applied. This could then be used in conjunction with the product tax when quoting or invoicing. Currently it will say "X sent an email to Y". If you then want to check the contents of the email you have to search for Y, then check under email. Please make the contact clickable in the audit log when showing email activity.

So we created a custom section in the "Accounts" module with custom fields. We are considering upgrading to the Enterprise Edition of CRM, where we would have 5 custom apps. Home Page
Hello, The Classic view of the home page is set by the Administrator which is seen company wide, correct? If so, how do you customize it? Also, is there a way to increase the number of items you see per section on the Customizable home page? Currently, we can only see the first 5 of anything (tasks, leads, etc.). We'd like to increase it. I see it is available on the Classic homepage but not the Customizable home page. Please advise. Thank you! nbeck09
