Zoho, How can we see email information in a custom view? It is available in reporting, why not in custom view? This would be an extremely powerful tool, at least let us see the "date of last sent email" Is this under development at all? Multiple users working with the same contact
As a salesman I am on the road quite a bit and rely on my handheld to make calls and schedule appointments. For each contact record there is one owner, and only that owner gets to sync with outlook (and their handheld through the exchange). Is there a way that two users can get the same contact into outlook via sync?
Trying to migrate projects from our CRM to Zoho but all records are skipped
Trying to migrate projects table from our CRM to Zoho but all records are skipped. I am using a csv file that I have formatted the data in to match the Projects CRM data migration. All other CRM migrations are working. All required fields are matched; all id fields have data. Does this feature simply not work? Are there other fields that are required that are not labelled with the required* label?
Quote Template
We are testing the CRM module and think its pretty great! The only problem we are having is with the Quotes template. We need to be able to send the quote with a very detailed description for each product on the quote. This is typically 100 to 150 words per description. I can't see a way to add the field (which we fill with data in the product's page) to each line item. is there an easy way to do this? Can we modify the Quote template with the Professional version? Thanks in advance for any help.

I really need to change home currency!
I need to change the home currency for my organization, but it seems system don't allow this. Can I contact someone in your team to do it? They setup the home currency by mistake as ARS and we need it to be USD as soon as possible. Request in an option view including a non-active user impossible
Hello, I need to create a view based on options made by a user that is not longer in the company and has been desactivated. Auto creation of case from opporunity/potential 'closed won'
Hi all, Does anyone know of a way of having a case created automatically when an opporunity / potential is 'closed won'? We are a service company and an opportunity is always a job of some description (it may be a repair, installation, maintenance visit etc). When the customer accepts our quote, we have to open the opportunity, change the stage to closed won (in order to register the sale) and then manually create a case for the job which essentially requires pretty much the same key details

Setting up an AutoResponder
Hello, I am trying to setup an autoresponder for leads i import. The directions say To set up autoresponders Click the Leads/Contacts tab. In the Leads/Contacts Home page, click Leads/Contacts Tools > Autoresponders. In the Autoresponders page, click Create Autoresponder. My problem is, i do not see the second step in my Leads tab. Could anyone help? I see the LEAD TOOLS however, i do not see anything that says AUTORESPONDERS.
Email issues
I seem to be having a lot of trouble with the emails in this system. Some are not coming through at all, some take quite a while to come through. I also found out that an email I sent to an enquiry went to their spam folder. It is not acceptable to have my emails going into the spam folders of my enquiries. I don't have any issues if I go directly through my gmail account.
Imported leads with wrong dates
Hi, I am new to Zoho CRM and currently evaluating this for our company. I imported leads but the leads has a custom field with a date set to DD/MM/YYYY, and when I did the import I didn't realize that it will default it to MM/DD/YYYY. So now I have all my leads with wrong dates. For example; I have a lead that should be 9/7/2012 (DD/MM/YYYY), currently its recorded as 7/9/2012. I change the local afterwards, but because the months happen to be all under 12, it didn't throw an error when I imported.
Copying potentials
Is it possible to copy or clone a potential easily? I have entered potentials with a prospect that have license, consultancy and support amounts. As each are different forms of potential revenue and may come in a different times, my boss wants me to separate them into 3 potentials instead of one. I see no easy way to do this. Any ideas people?
Changing Lead Name
I have loads of leads in my database. Initially, I could not enter a 'last name' field because they are film/tv titles rather than people. I created a field called 'title' and used that. I then inputted 'UNKNOWN' for all lead names as it is mandatory. I have now realised that I could easily have the title in the last name field, and would like to copy it over. I am concerned that there is no way to edit a 'LAST NAME' field once you have created a record. Is this true? I would like to mass copy the
Ranking Leads
Is anyone currently ranking their leads? I am thinking to create a custom field in order to rank my leads by numbers 1-3 in order to see how solid of a lead is. Is anyone utilizing something like this? Does anyone have a better way to rank their leads? We would like all leads to be included in our CRM, but when the sales team is going into the leads, i think it would be helpful for them to see the ranking of the lead. Please share your thoughts.

Price with no comma...
Hello, I am trying to import my product using an excel file (I have tried as well .csv) so everything works find except the price. Indeed all my prices have a comma such as 3,10 $ Once the import is made there is only $ 3.00 I have tried many things but it doesn't work ! One Contact for Multiple Accounts
Is it possible to link a contact to multiple accounts? An example scenario: I deal with restaurant owners. Each restaurant that uses my services is an Account. The restaurant owner is the Contact. In some cases, the owner might own multiple restaurants. I will have a separate account for each of these restaurants but they all have the same contact. Is this possible? If so, can you tell me how?

Still finding my way around the Zoho site, and at one point, after finding an incomplete answer, in the Zoho Knowledge Base, to a question with regard to linking Zoho CRM to Google Apps, I found my way to "Submit A Request" but it wasn't clear if it had accepted my Request. I selected "My Requests" to confirm, but it returned that "You cannot track your requests since you're not a registered user of this zohocorp portal" despite the fact that I was/am Loged In to my account. Products & Contacts
I'm a bit confused about how to link / associate Contacts with Products: I added Products to my Tabs, and created a Test Product. I can’t find any way however to associate a Contact with this? It shows me a section in the Product called “Contacts” and there’s an option “New”, but I want to associate existing Contacts with this. How do I do this? Also, some of our customers book multiple Tours (“Products”). Can a contact be associated with more than one Product?
Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Reporting
The obvious lacking feature with ZohoCRM is the ability to make financial projections based on close dates. All that would be required is the ability to group dates. (this is actually a really simple SQL query modification, see 'DATEPART') After reviewing the forums (http://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/grouping-by-month-then-quarter-then-year) it appears that this functionality was promised in 2007, then in 2008, then in 2009.
