When I look up leads by searching a certain name or whatnot, it only shows ten at a time with no option to list more or a "total amount" link like in the main tab section. Where can I edit the layout, or is this even possible?

Custom Lookup Field Limitation
Hi Why is there a limitation to 5 Custom Lookup fields? On my potentials form, I want to create fields which can look up multiple account entries. So basically, 1 potential can be associated with many accounts i.e. more than 5. Can this limit be increased to say 50 lookup fields? Thanks Gene
Tracking changes made to customer accounts
I want to be able to see what data has been changed in Zoho on a monthly basis. For example, if a sales rep changes a client's email address, I want to know that change was made, or if a new client has been added, etc. I would like to check this on a monthly basis. Is there any way to do this? Thanks.
Columns for small widgets on dashboard 'Open Tasks'
If I choose the normal dashboard, with 'open tasks' at the top (spanning the screen) and the Events and Pipeline underneath, the 'Open Tasks' view shows the subject AND the related account and contact. On the custom dashboard if I add an 'Open Tasks' widget it doesn't show the related account or contact which makes it next to useless. I prefer the multiple widgets of the custom view but need to know at a glance which accounts / contacts tasks relate to without having to go into their detail page.
Contact Unknown Initially
Hi guys, We have a curtain and blind manufacturing company. Want to track leads and conversion/sales with Zoho. We have access to all the records of the new houses that are being built. But not all have a contact name. I thought it might be easier to load them up as a lead with the address as the main feature. Is there any way to insert the custom fields on the contact record into the email template that is sent to to the associated contact? Only standard fields are given as options.

I have set up a form to sumbit to the leads on CRM. Instead of the form sending to a URL after submission, can it be set up to reset instead, so multiple submissions from a source can be made without reloading the page?

I see that others have asked about the frequency of sync between the Zoho Calendar and the Google Calendar. Some of these inquiries are more than a year old, I was wondering if the sync capability has been updated recently. Is 6 hours per sync still the shortest interval available? Import Marketing List
Initially when I am building a CRM, I import a csv file containing company information. I then build a separate csv file with the names of people from the companies I just imported. The csv files of people has the same company name. Is there a way to import the people and automatically add them to the contacts for the correct company? For example, company x has a list of 10 people with different titles, phone numbers, etc. I want them to show up as contact for company x using a bulk import.

Mail limit
We will on occasion need to communicate with all of our clients at once. Since we have in excess of 250 clients, with more every day, we will either need a way to increase the mail limit, utilize an external smtp or cancel our subscription and subsequent users to be migrated from our Salesforce accounts. Ownership of data stored on Zoho
I am trying to convince our Company to extend our limited usage of Zoho CRM. The primary objection is that our company may not be able to access the data entered in Zoho at a later date should we ever stop using the product. Could someone please advise as to how we could obtain our data in the event we stop subscribing to Zoho CRM and clarify the ownership of that data. In addition, would our data be deleted from the system once we de-activated our account? Thank you

I have a lot of CRM experience, particularly with salesforce .com over the past five years. Can't seem to figure out how to do some stuff that was really simple in SFDC. I am preparing a cold-call, telemarketing campaign. I assign about 50 leads to the campaign. How to create a lead for 1 company but different employees?
I hope that my explanation is clear. Say i input a lead with the company being "TEST COMPANY," however, i have a few other leads that work in "TEST COMPANY." How can i add all those leads to fall under "TEST COMPANY?" Many times we deal with companies that have multiple locations, so it would be great to be able to put different people from that 1 company in Zoho without having to create a new lead all the time.
