BUG: Serious bug with header filters being offset
Hi there, Here is a screencast showing the problem. Are Vendor Products and Normal Products the same?
Hi, I am considering using Zoho CRM for order management and basic inventory control. I am looking for the ability to store my the prices that I will be charged by my suppliers. I note that there is a way to add products to every Vendor. However, it appears that Vendor products and normal products are different things and I cannot see a way to link them together. Is that true or am I missing something? Also, we would need the ability to have the same product supplied by multiple vendors. Also, is

Hi, I think this should be great to have a feed like for FB or twitter to know what are last change. Like by example : 10:15 Sarah just changed (Company Name) number 10:02 Justin just changed the status of (Opportunity name) opportunity into win 10:01 James just create a new opportunity for (company name) etc etc... We could choose for what field each user want to want to display in the feed... Maybe this is already possible and I don't know ? Maybe we need to create an app on creator to get this
Multi-Table Views
Hello, I just wanted to propose an idea, or see if there is at least a valid workaround for the time being. Right now the Views in Zoho CRM only seem to be looking at one table. The problem that I am having is being able to create the view I need (I'm in sales) that shows certain Contacts. We have different Account Types for Contacts (i.e. Customer, Prospect, etc) and I would like to be able to create a view filtering my Contacts by the Account Type. How to customize the fields on the individual leads page? At the top, it usually says the leads company, name, then lead source, email, phone, lead status etc. and then, I can click on a switch below it which expands and offers more information. But I would like to put a field in the TOP part, so that I can see it right away, and not have it in the BOTTOM part. Any ideas?

Custom changes to fields not appearing in Free version
Hello, I signed up yesterday to begin an evaluation of the CRM. But changes to fields are not appearing. Setup > customization > fields > module list > lead > lead source > edit I make the changes, save them, and the changes appear in the editor. No customization however appears in any the contact, lead or leadform. Are you able to customize lead source list in the Free version?

Web to Lead form not working anymore.
I'm having issues with my web to lead form from my website http://www.evolvegymoc.com. My website guy had created a slightly different look to the Zoho form, but had all the proper coding regardless. This was working forever and was generating leads into my Zoho until 3 months ago. He has changed nothing on the site and I have not touched my Zoho account settings. Can anyone help me? Brad

Seems currency related fields are only in Home Currency? Annual Sales volume or Registered Capital from leads can be in various currencies (according to their country). However, seems to me that I have to put them into Home Currency. That can not be right.

Currency settings problem
Hi All, I know a global currency locale in CRM can be set through "Setup"->"Company Details"->"Locale Infomaton". However, our customers are from all over the world, one order currency is different from the other. How can I set a Currency other than the global default for one order? and Can I setup crm so that all currency signs are not shown when a Currency type values are displayed? Thanks, Roger

Unable to access Customization options
Even though I am the "Administrator" for my Zoho CRM database, when I go to Setup --> Customization, the Search Layout option is greyed out and I'm unable to access it. How do I get access to this?

In the sales process, a quote is made, and followed through the pipeline using the field "Quote" Stage, which consists of stages such as "draft" / "negotiation" / "Closed Won" / "Closed Lost". Once the quote has been accepted by the customer, it is to be converted to SO. At this conversion, I would like the Quote Stage to automatically change to "Closed Won". Dear Zoho, as a manager of 12 field based reps, I endorsed the use of the Zoho mobile CRM. Now I find it is not possible to change the sale stage using the mobile website. Edited custom fields in all accounts but they do not show at every account overview
Hello . When you click on the tab; Accounts you can see underneath the black tab block an area where you can click on different views. I clicked on All Accounts in this case and customized the overview here. I wanted to have certain things like Phone, website to see in the overview. However if I go back to the mainscreen and click on a different view; for example my accounts the customized overview I made is gone. Custom Calendar Views with Multiple Users on it
Is there a way to view multiple users calendars at once, not all users, but maybe just all of one role or all people that are on one team? Just like how you would have a custom view in leads or contacts. Also is there a way to see just the available times for one or more then one users? Please advise? Hey everyone here's my situation. We're a small business but we're a partner of a large telecom company. We sell everything they do, but we don't invoice customers directly, we sell the solution and our parent company then installs it and bills the customer and pays us for it. We use Dynamics CRM 2011 right now, and because we don't invoice customers, we track everything in potentials. So we go through sales stages like In Progress > Order Won > Payment received from XYZ Company > Commission
I created a new LEAD; need to change the spelling of the lead but can't edit it - why not?
Anybody know why you can't edit the spelling of the lead's name? I spelled it wrong, but can't highlight the name to change it. Shouldn't this be a feature?? Please advise, thanks!!!
saving email from a different server
I send emails out of a mailer service. I want to save them to my leads and accounts, under their email tabs. In other words, i don't want to create an email, i want to cut and paste one i have already sent. How to do this?
Mapping Fields in Invoices with data from Accounts
I would like to be able to populate fields in Invoices with data obtained from the Contacts or Accounts tabs. At the moment, not even address information automatically populates when I create an invoice for a Contact. Converting Lead to Potential but NOT Account
Is there anyway to convert a Lead to a Potential but NOT create an account until the deal is won? I do not considered potential clients we have proposals in front of accounts until they are our customer but I do want to pull them out of the lead process. Email template error message
Whenever I create an email template, when I attempt to save it I get an error message saying I'm limited to 32,000 characters however the template is much briefer than that ~ 1500 characters only. How do I solve this?
Importing leads/potentials adding a field
